A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to release Mahmoud Khalil, an anti-Israel activist at Columbia University who has been in immigration detention for three months as the administration looks to deport him for his role in orchestrating demonstrations on the school’s campus. Khalil, a legal permanent U.S. resident who has not been charged with a crime, was detained under a law that allows for the deportation of people who oppose U.S. foreign policy objectives. The first word anyone heard of American B-2 bomber strikes on Iranian nuclear sites was by President Donald Trump himself on TruthSocial right after 8 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday night. There was nary a leak. There was no chest beating from Congress. No reports of "we hear that..." The Operational Security leading to this strike on a Saturday appears to have been flawless.
While all the pieces on the chess board were being moved—doomsday planes, B-2, carrier strike groups, there were multiple feints used by the Trump Administration to lull the mullahs into thinking they had a little time to get out of this dilemma.

In Operation Rising Lion, Israel has done truly amazing things, but in tonight’s action against Iran’s nuclear facilities, America has been truly unsurpassed.”

An Obama judge on Tuesday held Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier in civil contempt of court for not following her orders.
In early April, U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams issued a 14-day restraining order blocking Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ new law, signed in February, making it a state crime for illegal aliens to enter his state. [Tweet, video]
