Newsweek has no issues with promoting unrest, but how about naming names of who is funding the unrest? Americans want to know! Of course, that would mean actually doing the job a journalist should be doing anyway, rather than parroting talking points...

One of the protest's financial supporters is Christy Walton, Walton heiress. Note that 6/14 is Flag Day. The protest organizers purposefully picked this date as a cover and shield. Obviously a Democrat support organization.

#s 5 & 9, Christy is a Walton in name only. She is the widow of one of the Walton sons, John T. Walton. She just inherited the name and money, when he was killed in a light plane crash in 2005. Looks like Walmart is noticing that Woke is dead, or dying. The Walmart company asked her not to do this, but she ignored them."The advertisements from Christy Walton are in no way connected to or endorsed by Walmart. She does not serve on the board or play any role in decision making at Walmart." She apparently lives in Mexico now.

I see that one is planned for Charleston, SC. Our state attorney general has already made an announcement that this nonsense will not be tolerated anywhere in the state. The park where this is planned to take place is in a bad neighborhood so I don’t see too many of the usual AWFLs showing up there. It’s probably going to be a bust with low attendance and nothing in the area to loot.

While we lived in Nashville (Davdison Co) TN for over 20 years, we left for the now obvious to the whole nation reasons. Now live in a civilized county next to Nashville called Sumner Co. Here is our county mayor's message to the "protestors": "However, while we fully support the right to peaceful protest, I want to be absolutely clear: illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated in Sumner County. In Sumner County, our Police officers will arrest you, our District Attorney’s office will prosecute you, and our Judges will put you in jail. We will not allow a small number of individuals engaged in criminal behavior to threaten the safety of our residents and businesses." Our town's police chief: "The Gallatin Police Department recognizes the constitutional right to peacefully protest and assemble. However, all participants must do so in accordance with local laws and regulations to ensure the safety of everyone involved. We want to remind those planning to participate in the upcoming protest of the following: Face Coverings or Masks: Pursuant to City of Gallatin Municipal Code § 12.28.010, it is unlawful for any person to wear a mask or face covering in public that conceals their identity. Individuals in violation of this ordinance will be cited and asked to leave the event. Blocking Roads or Buildings: Obstructing public streets, sidewalks, or access to buildings outside of the designated protest area is prohibited under TCA § 39-17-307 (Obstruction of Highway or Passageway) and TCA § 39-17-305 (Disorderly Conduct). Violators will be subject to enforcement action. Business Access: Our local businesses remain open and have the right to operate without interference. Disruption of commerce or impeding access to these establishments will not be tolerated. Officers from the Gallatin Police Department will be on site to maintain public order and ensure a safe environment for all. While we respect and uphold the right to lawful protest, any violence, destruction of property, or disorderly behavior will result in immediate enforcement action under applicable laws, including TCA § 39-14-408 (Vandalism) and TCA § 39-17-305 (Disorderly Conduct). We thank everyone in advance for their cooperation and commitment to a peaceful and lawful event." Professional and honest. The perpetually aggrieved, the anarchists, and the malcontents have been warned their Nashville crap is not gonna fly here!

With a population of around 6,000, beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants it should be the perfect island get-away. But in recent years it has become a nightmare. And a petri dish for the problems that we are all going to go through in the 21st century. Especially America. The island’s history was always tricky.
