FBI Thwarts Planned Bombing and Mass Shooting Rampage

The FBI announced on Thursday that it had thwarted an improvised explosive attack and a possible mass shooting that was to take place at a Washington mall. Federal agents arrested a teenager who is suspected of planning the assault last month, according to a press release. A teenager, whose name will not be released due to an effort to limit public disclosure of a minor, was arrested May 22 by Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputies after his plans to set off an explosive at a shopping mall in Washington and shoot people as they fled the movie theater there were reported to the FBI on May 19, law enforcement leaders said Thursday.

Comments:

If federal charges are not taken out against this radical "teen," he will be set loose back among normal citizens, given that this is ultra-leftist Washington state.

Nothing like a gun free town to invite lots of people willing to break the law....how rude. I am holding my thoughts on did the FBI crack this....were the participants mostly known by the FIB for years??? Like all the other mass attacks that have occurred in the US, and ones for which we STILL don't have answers, nor negligent behavior by Feds allowed them to happen.....Butler, Las Vegas, Nashville...Ruby Ridge, Waco....and of course J6.

As Bonchie reported, Abrego Garcia, who's been detained in El Salvador since his removal from the U.S. back to his home country in March, is coming back to the U.S. after all — pursuant to an indictment filed (under seal) in May. The indictment charges Abrego Garcia with Conspiracy to Transport Aliens and Unlawful Transportation of Undocumented Aliens. Attorney General Pam Bondi held a press conference Friday afternoon regarding the indictment and highlighted the criminal actions Abrego Garcia stands accused of:

ICE officers faced fierce resistance on Friday as they attempted to enforce federal immigration law inside one of New York City’s major courthouses. Backed by well-funded activist groups and cheered on by progressive politicians, agitators physically confronted ICE officers trying to detain illegal immigrants slated for deportation. Plainclothes ICE agents entered the Manhattan courthouse and quietly began detaining illegal immigrants in the hallway without incident. The situation remained orderly until pro-immigration activists intervened, sparking chaos as they attempted to block the arrests. In one incident, Dominican national Joaquin Rosario Espinal, an illegal immigrant, was met by at least six ICE agents outside the courthouse following a routine check-in.

Today is the 81st anniversary of the historic D-Day invasion of Normandy, when the Allies shifted the balance of World War II against the Nazis. From Pointe du Hoc to Omaha Beach, and from Colleville Sur Mer to Sainte-Mère-Église, the heroism of American troops was on full display on June 6, 1944. Many of the Allied leaders were incompetent (Patton aside), but our men more than made up for that with their determination and courage. Nor did the fighting and dying end on the Normandy beaches, as troops fought their difficult way into the French countryside, pushing the Nazis back. There are countless stories of bravery

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California lawmakers this week advanced several efforts aimed at reining in utility profits and slashing electricity bills as part of their agenda to tackle the sky-high costs of living. The proposals would make sweeping changes to how utilities fund expensive infrastructure projects like putting power lines underground to guard against wildfires. They also would add more oversight around wildfire mitigation spending and put new requirements on utility requests to increase rates. Supporters said the goal is to make the big investor-owned utilities start sharing some of the costs to fight wildfires and build new transmission infrastructure. “This

China doesn't have the best track record when it comes to batteries for things like electric cars and scooters. In fact, some of these Chinese lithium batteries have an unpleasant tendency to become explodey. Granted, this is a problem with batteries like this in general, but China's quality control standards in general are, shall we say, not the greatest.
