In 2023 The Gateway Pundit published the shocking story of Chris and In Annette Kuehne.
Chris Kuehne is a 22-year veteran who received numerous medals and awards, including the Purple Heart, a Navy Commendation Medal with Valor, and a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Valor for actions in combat.
On January 6, 2021, Chris went inside the Capitol but did not cause any harm or damage – in fact he cleaned trash off the floor, helped to stop theft of government property, asked people to leave the building, and went up to Capitol Police Officers to ask how he could help.

The DeSoto County District Attorney’s Office has announced that an illegal alien, Jiver Alejandro Melo Dominguez, of Mexico has been indicted by a DeSoto County Grand Jury for attempted murder. Dominguez, age 19, was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday, May 16.
“This is yet another troubling example of wide-open border policies,” said District Attorney Matthew Barton. “This criminal should never have been here. But don’t worry — we’re going to secure a swift conviction and immediately turn him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where I hope Secretary Kristi Noem and Tom Homan can make room for him in El Salvador Prison.”

Nearly eight decades after he gave his life for his nation, the partial remains of a New Jersey soldier who had been declared killed in action in 1944 have finally been identified.
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency has now accounted for U.S. Army Pvt. Roman Cherubini, a 22-year-old twin and World War II soldier from Bridgeton.
Cherubini was serving with the 475th Infantry Regiment in the China-India-Burma Theater when he was killed.
His remains were said to have been buried in at least eight different locations, including the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In 2022, the DPAA had his remains exhumed and tested.

With much of President Donald Trump’s agenda hinging on the “big, beautiful” budget bill, Republicans in Congress are . . . forming a circular firing squad.
They need to buckle down and figure out the compromises to get it passed — fast.
That means everyone will need to give ground — potentially including the prez.
It’s time to slaughter some golden calves.
On Friday, deficit hawks on the House Budget Committee derailed the bill, balking at “news” that it could add $3.3 trillion in red ink over the next decade.
OK: Federal spending is out of control, and the final deal could certainly stand more cuts in (still-growing!) outlays,

One person was killed Saturday after a bomb exploded outside a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, in what local officials called an “intentional act.”
The blast may have come from a car parked outside American Reproductive Centers, Mayor Ron DeHarte told The Post.
“The blast appears to be an intentional act of violence,” Palm Springs Fire Chief Paul Alvarado said in a statement. “The blast field extends for blocks with several buildings damaged, some severely.”
The identity of the victim was unknown, Alvarado added.
Earlier in the day, Palm Springs Police Lt. William Hutchinson told the Desert Sun, “Everything is in question [including] whether this is an act of terrorism.”

White House Border Czar Tom Homan told the Republican National Lawyers Association that a 14-year-old unaccompanied alien child was discovered being sex trafficked by two adult males in Texas. During a speech on Friday, Homan says the rescue, conducted two days before, is just one example of what agents are finding in the search for unaccompanied alien children released by the Biden administration.
Homan made his remarks during the 2025 National Policy Conference in Washington, D.C., an annual event hosted by the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA.)

President Donald Trump gave a stirring speech in Saudi Arabia this week of what might be termed an outline of the "Trump Doctrine," a revival of peace through strength, but recognizing that you don't always have to be interventionist. [Tweet, video]
"Before our eyes, a new generation of leaders is transcending the ancient conflicts and tired divisions of the past and forging a future where the Middle East is defined by commerce, not chaos," the president said, "where it exports technology, not terrorism; and where people of different nations, religions, and creeds are building cities together, not bombing each other out of existence — we don't want that."

Thanks to the wonders of the internet, this morning my wife and I were able to sit here in our home in rural Alaska and watch our granddaughter graduate with honors from her pre-med education in Iowa City. She will now go off to Texas for medical school, and we're very proud of her. (Snip) Meanwhile, at New York University (NYU) one Logan Rozos, a student given the privilege of speaking at NYU's commencement proceedings, broke from his approved speech to engage in a torrent of verbal steatorrhea about Israel and Gaza -
