Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified a Biden-era plan to counter domestic terrorism that called for greater information-sharing with tech companies and a legislative push to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Developed in 2021 after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, the plan outlined a government-wide effort to track how foreign actors use disinformation to radicalize Americans and urged coordination with private industry on domestic threats. It also called for measures to curb in-prison radicalization and study extremism within the military.

An activist group supporting Karmelo Anthony, who is accused of murdering fellow teenager Austin Metcalf at a Texas track meet, posted a bizarre POV-style video on social media showing their security team escorting the alleged killer from jail after he made bond.
In the clip posted by the Next Generation Action Network (NGAN), a member of the organization’s security team shakes the teen’s hand and tells him to “get behind us” and “just stay close” as they walk past the media while leaving the Collin County Jail.[snip]
“This is what Team NGAN looks like. This is what people-powered justice looks like,” the group added.

How insane is 2025? A 17-year-old allegedly murdered a fellow student and managed to parlay that into almost half a million dollars in donations, and what he did with the money will shock and disgust you.
As RedState reported, Karmelo Anthony confessed to stabbing and killing Austin Metcalf after an altercation at an athletic event. According to witnesses, Anthony came into Metcalf's tent and refused to leave when requested. Anthony then "dared" someone to touch him. When Metcalf attempted to escort him out of the tent, he was stabbed to death.
[snip]Now, we know what Anthony and his family did with a good portion of the money they received

A new Marist poll has some bad news for NY Governor Kathy Hochul: a majority of New Yorkers don’t want her to run for reelection. Meanwhile, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer took it on the chin as well, as the poll showed his disapproval rating is in the tank and most Empire State voters want him replaced. Here are the ugly numbers: In the survey, conducted of 1,204 adults from April 3-9, 57% of residents statewide said they do not want Hochul to seek reelection [snip]
Only 13% of New Yorkers said they strongly approve of how the governor

On March 24, anti-Jewish protesters showed up at Columbia University chanting, “Long live the intifada.” Many were wearing masks, and speakers urged students to follow suit. But wearing a mask while protesting has been illegal in New York City since 1845. It was later used to combat the Ku Klux Klan. Today, it is invoked to combat supporters of left-wing pro-Hamas terrorists.
It is easy to understand why the pro-Hamas gang likes to wear a mask: they want to conceal their identity from the police. But what explains why those on the left are fond of wearing a mask for alleged health reasons?

You know, after what happened to Bud Light, and after Donald Trump's resounding election victory in November, one would think woketivists in corporate America would want to dial it down a bit if for no other reason than to spare their colleagues the humiliation that comes from the pushback that inevitably ensues.
While some clearly have gotten the message, others have not, which brings us to the latest example, which comes from an executive at Ford Motor Company.
A man named Barrett Evans, who reportedly is the "Chief Learning Officer" at Ford, recently detailed an alleged exchange with a man who he says watched Fox News "for the entire ride"

One thing Americans can be sure of: At any given time, somewhere out there, a government decision-maker is finding new and inventive ways of flushing your hard-earned cash.
The latest: Government watchdog OpenTheBooks found that the feds spent an eye-popping $4.6 billion on new furniture and decorations for government buildings since October 2020, even though only half the federal workforce was consistently showing up for work in person as of last year.
In 2023, the Government Accountability Office found that 17 of 24 federal agencies used 25% or less of their headquarters’ buildings.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) seems intent on seeking the record for most unhinged comments from a Democrat. She's certainly had some whoppers just this week alone.
As I reported on Wednesday, there was this unhinged remark where she said we needed "immigrants" [translation: illegal aliens] to do work she compared to slave labor.
"So I had to go around the country and educate people about what immigrants do for this country, or the fact that we are a country of immigrants. [snip]
President Donald Trump responded that if this was the Democrats "new star," they were in "serious trouble."

Hours before Trump announced his pause on tariffs, he posted a clear signal to everybody that it was a great time to buy stocks.
The market was way down and didn't pop for hours, and when he dropped his official announcement that he would be pausing tariffs on all countries but China, the market went nuts, and a lot of money was made.
Out of this set of facts the Democrats have concocted the most bizarre conspiracy theory in the world so far. It is so convoluted, so bizarre, and so implausible that "NASA faked the moon landing with Stanley Kubrick" sounds pretty rational and easy to accomplish.

Democrats love to portray themselves as the compassionate ones. They just want to help people, especially the poor and downtrodden. When you ask them about illegal immigration, they will tell you that these are just poor people looking for a better life for themselves and their families. That's why they were perfectly okay with a wide-open southern border and letting millions of people into the country. It was all about compassion. However, as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) continues to dig into the twisted story of America's finances, we are finding out that the compassion ruse is just that, another Democrat party scheme.

As World War II raged, the US became the reluctant home for hundreds of thousands of Nazi soldiers – many still rabidly loyal to Hitler and determined to keep fighting for him at any cost. Even if it meant murdering their own comrades in cold blood.
Living in more than 600 hastily set-up POW camps, scattered in small farm towns across rural America, nearly 400,000 German soldiers settled into their new routine – enjoying a set up so comfortable, many dubbed the camps the Fritz Ritz.[snip]
the most dangerous Nazis carried on the war from inside the barbed wire, establishing small but devoted enclaves of Nazi Germany on American soil.

The 60,000 contested ballots in the North Carolina state Supreme Court race should be recounted and verified, according to a ruling Friday from a panel of the state appeals court.
The 2-1 ruling is a win for Republican state Court of Appeals Judge Jefferson Griffin, who is trailing incumbent Democratic Justice Allison Riggs by fewer than 1,000 votes.
Riggs and the Democratic Party declared victory months ago after all the votes counted had her ahead, but Griffin has challenged the validity of certain ballots for various reasons, pursuing a lawsuit that’s prevented the state elections board from certifying Riggs as the winner five months after Election Day.
