In a Monday night letter, William J. Pulter, director of the U.S. Federal Housing Agency (FHFA), referred New York Attorney General Letitia James to the Department of Justice for prosecution of mortgage fraud. (snip) Pulter said the agency has "identified matters that are appropriate for referral to the U.S. Department of Justice for consideration of criminal prosecution."
He added that, based on media reports, "Ms. Letitia James has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans and more favorable loan terms."

Claimed false residence for lower interest rate; listed her father as her husband; etc
Bye bye fatso. Enjoy prison.

This will be cast a petty vindictiveness
masquerading as Justice.
After all, everyone does it...
In reality, it is only Justice.
And everyone who did it
should get the same treatment.
Sadly one cannot catch all the fish...

Raw, naked financial fraud. Put her FATHER on the loan as her HUSBAND. And falsely reported that her primary residence was a home in Virginia while she lived, worked and was elected in NY state.
Let's hope she gets all the justice she deserves.

Gee, this is pretty big news.
New York's State Attorney General referred for Criminal Prosecution by the US Dept. of Justice.
ALL the Lamestreams should be covering it.
But..... what's that sound that I hear?
It's faint..... very faint.......".chirp.......chirp.......chirp" go the crickets.

She knows that she will get a New York jury at her trial.
That being said, I hope the DOJ runs up her legal bills.

The orange jump suit is being custom tailored right now and Donald Trump is personally supervising the work. He will see that Karma lives up to its reputation.

Yes, the irony is delicious. However, a criminal referral is one thing. Indictment and conviction is another. Keep in mind that no matter the title (NY AG) Letitia still has a 'dindu nuffin' mentality and entitlement belief due to her skin color and sex that she'll skate. And she very well might.

As scripture says, "you reap what you sow." And it couldn't happen to a more worthy candidate. This arrogant mass of human flesh thought she could lie, cheat and steal and get away with it. Sorry queenie, there's a new sheriff in town.

Did Letitia, as AG, put anyone in prison in NY for mortgage fraud? If she did, she's got to go to prison, too, being actually guilty of the felonies she is being charged with. The crooked woman's legal career is just about over, and she's going away to the women's prison. Did anyone enjoy listening to this blunderbuss with the lazy left eye? Lock her up. End her career. Make her holler.

April showers bring May jail sentences, and June jumpsuits with sparkly silver handcuffs-- and leg irons.
The Honourable Ms Bondi, Attorney General, ought to prosecute and appear in court personally
to soundly defeat and banish this- law fare is warfare- disgrace , all by her own honourable self.
we've heard nothing but complaints so far on her job performance, and lack thereof.
lawfare must be ripped out, burnt to ashes, covered in salted ground to ensure it's deaddeaddead.
all damnocrats involved in this evil unconstitutional conspiracy-especially against pdt, rudy, lindell-
must be divested of every penny they stole, w/ life without parole in the bukele spa hotel, unless they'd
rather choose the dealth penalty for high treason ect. against the country. justice must prevail.
