According to Fox News Digital, 40-year-old Justin Thomas Nelson, who calls himself "Lucy Grace" Nelson, was charged with using explosives during a felony, criminal mischief, and criminal attempt to commit a Class 3 felony. The Loveland Police Department launched an "extensive investigation" on January 29, following a series of escalating attacks at the Tesla dealership.
Nelson allegedly returned to the dealership Monday evening, armed with additional incendiary devices and vandalism materials, when police finally apprehended him.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt blasted a New York Times reporter as a “left-wing stenographer” after he compared President Trump to Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s crackdown on press freedoms.
The heated exchange with Peter Baker was sparked by him questioning the administration’s decision to seize control of the press pool and to bar Associated Press reporters from the Oval Office and Air Force One.
Baker, a veteran journalist and former Moscow correspondent, compared the White House’s move to Kremlin tactics in a post on X Tuesday.

Attorney General Pam Bondi ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) this week to throw out lawsuits the Biden administration filed accusing police and fire departments around the country of discrimination when hiring candidates.

Legendary actor, two-time Oscar winner and author Gene Hackman and his wife, classical pianist Betsy Arakawa, were found dead Wednesday afternoon in their home in the Santa Fe Summit community northeast of the city.
Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza confirmed just after midnight Thursday the couple had died, along with their dog.
