LOOSE LIPS: Eric Swalwell Discusses Capitol

When Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) went to the steakhouse at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C. Monday night to dine with (alleged) lobbyists he was a little too loose-lipped, and sadly for him conservative journalist Nick Sortor was seated at the table next to him and heard it all. In fact, Sortor says Swalwell "invaded" his table while he was "inebriated at dinner," and promised a video recap. Sortor says he has audio of the conversation, but he hasn't yet released it. (Presumably, he's getting legal advice) He did, however, release a summary of what Swalwell said and a video of him confronting Swalwell as the group exited the restaurant.

Comments:

This and Fang Fang ought to be cause to pull his security clearances.

Can someone who knows how to get a message to Bondi as her to investigate this? Ought to shut up the dems if this LIST and $'s paid re HUSH MONEY comes out Dems maybe you should ask Ashley Biden abt how her father Joey took NASTY showers with her growing up OR the women like Tara Reade who claimed, along w others, that Joey raped her or the other VILE things Joey does that the dems cover up. So dems don't want a rapist in thew WH. Well, they already have 1 and a child molester too. And check out the Office of Compliance Hush Money bill signed in 1995 with 268 settlements so far paid for by OUR tax dollars (17.2 MILLION). Dems are upset abt Trump and Stormy? At least HE used his own money Conyers and the dems have used OUR tax dollars to help them get re-elected and look pure while being charged with vile deeds by others. Let's be TRANSPARENT and look at the 268 settlements. WHO are the elected leaders who were charged and WE PAID SETTLEMENTS for to keep them in office? I bet dems "settled" w all these people to get RE-ELECTED. Just like they are claiming abt Trump. I did not know if you were aware of this law that was passed re paying TAX DOLLARS for misconduct of our elected officials. I guess Trump should have paid Stormy with THIS money. Just like Congress does. Here is my response to the article listed above. In 1995 a bill was passed by the Office of Compliance. It allows our elected officials who are charged with discrimination, including sexually, to get paid settlements with OUR TAX DOLLARS. (at least Trump used his own money). As of 2017 there were 268 settlements made and it cost the taxpayers $17.2 MILLION dollars. So if they put Trump in jail for Stormy then ALL of the reps that had charges brought against them should be in jail too. THAT is NOT going to happen. THIS is no secret. Here is 1 story. https://www.axios.com/2017/12/15/congress-has-paid-17-million-in-sexual-misconduct-and-discrimination-settlements-1513307017 Congress has paid $17.2 million in sexual misconduct and discrimination settlements Amazing how dems are so SELECTIVE in attacking those they want to eliminate and yet they protect their own isn't it? I bet very few people know abt this. Justice for ALL no longer applies to repubs anymore. Dems hide what they they do while accusing repubs of misdeeds.

So Swalwell is interested only in women who are "tens"? This group of women would be able to do so much better than him. They'd be looking for men who knew better than to discuss them during dinner with fellow drunks. They would have no need to settle for little Eric. His wife should start seeking legal representation now.

Congress needs to be exposed right alongside what DOGE is doing. We need to look at what poster #1 referenced, how much money they've made as the article referenced, their connections, who owns them, and why they don't tackle big problems in congress with congress. There's enough self auditing that every halfway honest person can have a full plate gathering all the evidence to methodically present to the American people so the reshaping of congress can begin. DOGE for Congress!

Even a small portion of that behavior would cost a military member his clearance and have him picking up litter until his court martial. But for a member of congress, no biggie. Business as usual. We really are in a bass ackwards system. It is far safer to assume our representatives are dishonorable and corrupt, than to assume otherwise.

Swallowwell is not a man. He’s a 15-year-old boy masquerading as a congressman. If my son had been videotaped acting like that when he was a teenager, he would have faced severe discipline when he got home. He isn’t capable of feeling any shame himself. But he’s brought plenty of shame onto his wife and family, and on the Democrat party.

The U.S. Navy has used more missiles for air defense since combat operations in the Red Sea began in October 2023 than the service used in all the years since Operation Desert Storm in the 1990s, said retired Navy Cmdr. Bryan Clark, of the Hudson Institute. Over that 15-month-period, which ran to Jan. 19, 2025, the Navy saw the most combat at sea since World War II. “It’s kind of amazing how the Navy has held up with no losses, but the cost has been pretty enormous,” Clark said. “The estimates are the Navy has used up $1 billion-plus worth of interceptors to shoot down these drone and missile threats.”

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey secured a $24 billion judgment against the Chinese Communist Party on Friday after a federal judge found the US adversary liable for damages related to the hoarding of personal protective equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic. “This is a landmark victory for Missouri and the United States in the fight to hold China accountable for unleashing COVID-19 on the world,” Missouri sued the CCP, the Wuhan Institute of Virology and several other Chinese entities, alleging that China caused and exacerbated the COVID-19 pandemic. The lawsuit accused China of nationalizing American factories producing PPE and hoarding protective equipment

In virtually every election for almost a half-century, aspiring leaders in Greenland have promised to seek independence from Denmark. And following every election, it hasn’t happened. But this year, with US President Donald Trump loudly proclaiming his ardor and Denmark reaffirming the importance of its ties to the Arctic island, independence has catapulted to the top of the agenda. Candidates campaigning for the March 11 election are being forced to take a position on the matter—all the leading ones are in favor of a split—and voters want them to lay out a vision of what that might actually look like and when it could happen. “Suddenly, there’s a huge independence movement,”

Congressional Republicans must really be feeling their oats, and it is long past the time they did. No one thought Speaker Johnson would manage to get a budget resolution through and that the Senate had one-upped up with theirs, even though Trump preferred the House version. What got lost in all the budget excitement was a bill Republicans had previously introduced. As presented by Rep Troy E. Nehls (R-TX-22), the beautifully named Endowment Tax Fairness Act would raise the tax on the endowments of private schools that were sitting on cash hoards of $500K per student or more from 1.4% to 21%.
