He Went to Syria With Tulsi Gabbard. He

As executive director of the Syrian Emergency Task Force, a nonprofitestablished to respond to attacks on civilians by former dictator Bashar al-Assad, Mouaz Moustafa has shared crucial information with the U.S. government about the war in Syria. But he isn’t sure he’d continue doing so if Tulsi Gabbard is confirmed as Donald Trump’s director of national intelligence.[Snip] Ultimately, he came away increasingly concerned that her aims and worldview were at odds with the U.S. mission in Syria and U.S. foreign policy more broadly.

Comments:

The fact that he has concerns, and Politico is sharing them, is solid indication that Tulsi Gabbard is the perfect choice for the job.

So...? He's with the program or he's not. His choice. Considering he was working with the previous regime, I'd have my doubts with him, anyway. Writer acts like it's a deal-breaker of some kind. Sorry... not important enough.

So Moustafa was okay sharing crucial information with Avril Haines, Joe Biden's meddler in national intelligence. Maybe Tulsi should order a background check on Moustafa - by the Mossad.

"concerned that her aims and worldview were at odds with the U.S. mission in Syria and U.S. foreign policy" This is classic Deep State, similar to what Vindman did. They think the agencies set the policies, not the President. Trump is NOT going to let this stand in his second term. Trump will set foreign policy based on existing law and agency people that disagree can be flushed out and replaced with those who can implement the President's program. The Security agencies, especially, need to hosed out, remembering 51 people who declared that Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation. If Mouaz Moustafa doesn't want to work with Trump's people, he can pound sand. The truth probably is that the security agencies probably put him up to this, the sneaky jerks.

OP is correct. This means she is the right one for the job. We may as well get used to this. If our Savior returned to earth and DJT wanted to appoint him, the Democrats would find some grounds to object to the selection. We might as well get used to this. Somehow, though, I don't think it's going to work this time. Too many people fed up with the direction and the destruction reaped by the last administration and their running dogs in the media.

The US Treasury Department will start taking "extraordinary measures" next week to avoid risking a default on government debt, Secretary Janet Yellen said Friday, days before President-elect Donald Trump takes office. With the government reaching its borrowing limit, the department would start making the moves on Tuesday, the day after the inauguration, Yellen said in a letter to congressional leaders. That will mean Trump's administration has to grapple immediately with the issue of the debt ceiling. In the past, Congress has routinely voted to lift this bar, but that tool has become a contentious issue, with Republican budget hawks calling for drastic spending reductions instead.
