Vice President Kamala Harris’s plan to offer $20,000 in forgivable loans to minority entrepreneurs is a golden opportunity for scammers and fraudsters, experts told the Daily Caller.
Harris announced the plan in early October as part of her “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men.” It promises to “ensure that Black men can build wealth and achieve economic success” by providing one million loans, fully forgivable and worth up to $20,000 each, to black entrepreneurs “and others who have historically faced barriers to starting a new business or growing an existing business.”

While we've been saying that this election will likely come down to seven key battleground states, and it still could, former and potentially future President Donald Trump is enjoying momentum so strong he may not just win in most or in all of those states, but in other states not traditionally considered to be battleground states. Now, in the final days before the election, there looks to be more states seriously in play, and it looks like Vice President Kamala Harris knows it too, which may explain why she's pulling her ads from North Carolina markets.

Zoraida Buxo, one of Puerto Rico’s nonpartisan shadow senators, will officially endorse former President Donald Trump at his rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday.
NBC News’s Dasha Burns was the first to report that Buxo will speak at the rally, which will be “heavy on Puerto Rican speakers,” and journalist Jack Posobiec reported that Buxo will announce her support for Trump. (X) Buxo, who was elected in 2021 to the delegation that advocates for statehood, posted a statement from Trump on Monday, saying he is “firmly committed to the process where Puerto Ricans might resolve their status according to Constitutional and Congressional protocols.”

The recent media blitz led by ex-White House Chief of Staff John Kelly as he tried to tie former President Trump to Adolf Hitler has certainly gotten a good bit of attention.
I suppose that’s what media blitzes are for.
And I imagine the Kamala Harris campaign is very pleased with Kelly’s participation in their closing argument to the 2024 race.
I will leave the politics to others.
I see Kelly’s comments through a different lens — as one of only three other people in the entire world who have roughly the same perspective on the Trump White House as Gen. Kelly does.
From that perspective, I was shocked and disappointed

Jon Stewart is sticking up for fellow comedian Tony Hinchcliffe after his joke about Puerto Rico at Sunday’s New York City Trump rally set off a media firestorm — and he threw in a hilarious jab at the Harris campaign for good measure.
On Monday night’s “The Daily Show,” Stewart ran a supercut of left-leaning MSNBC and CNN personalities’ scandalized reactions to the one-liner, in which the noted roast comic and host of “Kill Tony” podcast compared the US territory to a “floating island of garbage.”
The clips ended with “Morning Joe” cohost Mika Brzezinski calling out Hinchcliffe’s “extremely vile so-called jokes,” which Stewart quipped

Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro revealed on Monday night an effort by The New York Times to deplatform conservative podcasters on YouTube using information provided to them by a highly-partisan liberal activist group.
Shapiro posted a text message he received earlier in the day from a reporter at The New York Times about a report that was about to be published on “how political commentators have discussed the upcoming election on YouTube.”
The reporter disclosed that the newspaper relied on research provided to them by Media Matters for America, a far-left organization dedicated to destroying conservative media that is funded by Democrat megadonors.

Hispanic voters seem to be laughing off the faux media outrage over the Madison Square Garden rally comedian, showing up for Republicans in big numbers, even in places like traditionally blue Miami-Dade.
Miami-Dade technically has a voter registration advantage over Republicans. Data from September 30 showed Democrats with roughly 44,000 more registered voters in the area. However, last week, Miami-Dade flipped red in early and mail-in voting combined, and that trend has continued following the Trump rally at Madison Square Garden.

In his narrative poem The Divine Comedy, 14th-century Italian sage Dante Alighieri reserved the ninth and deepest circle of his Inferno for those scoundrels who betrayed their comrades and leaders — Brutus, Cassius, Judas Iscariot, Satan himself.
A revised MAGA edition of The Divine Comedy might justifiably find space in that circle for people like Liz Cheney, Gen. Mark Kelly, and the editorial staff of The Bulwark. Although many would put former vice president Mike Pence in there as well, I would not.
I would argue for a lower circle still, a tenth circle. Although Dante did not say, as alleged,

A 74-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill former President Donald Trump a day before before his Penn State rally, declaring: “I’d like to shoot that guy.”
Paul J. Gavenonis was nabbed after he was overheard making the alleged threats while trying to buy a parking pass at the university’s transportation office last Friday, WTAJ reported.
“I hate Donald Trump. I’d like to shoot that guy,” Gavenonis allegedly said after making a gun-racking motion with his hand. As we reported, podcaster/comedian/UFC color commentator Joe Rogan interviewed GOP nominee Donald Trump on Friday, and the monster broadcast has been viewed over 33 million times on YouTube and another four million on X.On Saturday, Rogan reflected on the interview and what he thought of his first real conversation with the former president.
