Washington— Donald Trump laid the groundwork to try to overturn the 2020 election even before he lost, knowingly pushed false claims of voter fraud and “resorted to crimes” in his failed bid to cling to power, according to a newly unsealed court filing from prosecutors that lays out fresh details from the landmark criminal case against the former president. The filing from special counsel Jack Smith’s team offers the most comprehensive view to date of what prosecutors intend to prove if the case charging Trump with conspiring to overturn the election reaches trial. Though a months-long congressional investigation and the indictment itself have chronicled in stark detail Trump’s efforts to undo

A months-long Congressional inquiry? You mean the one done is the "Star Chamber"? From Wikipedia: "As the US Supreme Court described it, 'the Star Chamber has, for centuries, symbolized disregard of basic individual rights. The Star Chamber not merely allowed, but required, defendants to have counsel. The defendant's answer to an indictment was not accepted unless it was signed by counsel. When counsel refused to sign the answer, for whatever reason, the defendant was considered to have confessed.'"

Trying to use every legal option to challenge the outcome of the election or question fishy results is not illegal! Just because a judge dismissed a case "for lack of standing" (whatever that is) relating to the election does not mean that it was without merit, false, or not worthy of further investigation. It simply meant that the wrong person brought the lawsuit. The media, Democrats, and Jack Smith are quick to dismiss this in their zeal to convict Trump for something that the Democrats do every time that a Republican wins: Question the results of an election.

Trumps team counter to this motion used much of illegal 'Special Persecutor" Smith's own words to show Trump was acting in an official capacity. Smith knows this is crap but he has a team of Obambi and Biden judges in the DC courts and DC appellate court to back him. Election will be long over before the Supreme Joke hears this case. The Democrat’s number two guy Walz crashed and burned in the debate last evening that caused a large amount of bad press for the Democrats and the Harris-Walz campaign. So the Democrats to try to change and obscure that big bad press the Biden Department of Justice rushed out a New Democrat “law fare” indictment claiming that Trump “committed crimes” back on January 6th, 2020 relating to the protest that took place at the US Capitol on that date. Disregarding the Department of Justice policies that have been in place for many years to ensure that their legal actions are not initiated immediately before upcoming elections with the intent on interfering with upcoming elections. So there is no doubt that we are seeing the initiation of another Democrat “dirty trick” targeting Trump, as Trump will not be able to defend himself against those new charges until a resulting trial is held, most likely months after the November election.

Okay. Biden was declared the winner in 2020. I, like others, question if the result was legitimate, but the election is over. This slop isn't going to work and will just cement Trump's support in the upcoming election. It's interesting that the Special Persecutor knows what Trump was thinking. Not only is he a rotten lawyer, he's a psyhic that couldn't get a job as a fortune teller.

Vice President Kamala Harris declined to say Sunday whether Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a reliable ally, in a clip released by CBS News’ 60 Minutes. Harris was presented with a series of controversial (but effective) wartime decisions made by Netanyahu against the express public demands of the Biden administration, then asked whether the U.S. still has any “sway” over Netanyahu. Harris was not clear in her reply, calling diplomatic relations with Israel an “ongoing pursuit.” (X Video) “Do we have a real close ally in Prime Minister Netanyahu?” the interviewer persisted.
