Montana county declared the wrong winner in a race after overcounting votes.
During a post-canvassing audit of the Butte-Silver Bow County primary that was held in June, election officials suspected an overcount of more than 1,000 ballots, prompting a judge to order a recount. The recount discovered that 1,131 more votes were counted than voters who voted. Data shows a very similar number of votes in each precinct was overcounted.
Election officials are not entirely sure what happened, though Butte-Silver Bow County Clerk and Recorder Linda Sajor-Joyce told leaders she believes the extra ballots were from sample data that had not been cleared from the software by Election Day, according to KTVH.

This undermines confidence in the Tester-Sheehy senate race. Sheehy holds a comfortable lead in the polls, but apparently the democrats are spending a fortune on Tester. Vance needs to hold a Montana rally. This seat is a must pickup for the GOP.

if (not_sample_data())
{
count_vote();
}
else
{
show_error(ERR_CLEAR_SAMPLE_DATA);
}
Of course that isn't the actual code -- just a way of saying it's TRIVIAL to write software that processes only actual data. Their excuse is simply not plausible.

So, another way the Demzis cheat. To load the machines withe "sample data" to not be cleared, if needed. I bet it's possible to post load the needed "sample data" necessary to provide the margin of fraud for the Demzi to win.

They did this in the 2004 governor's race in Washington state. More ballots counted in King county than registered voters and that's how we got Christine Gregoire.

This is why I won't be surprised at Trump's landslide lead before midnight Tuesday and Kamala's landslide win before sunrise Wednesday

Always remember what Joe Stalin said: It's not who votes that counts; it's who counts the votes. Democrat success is based on this premise.

I did not catch the type of voting machine, but I can make a pretty good guess.
The problem we have in Louisiana with our Dominion machines is that there is absolutely no paper to do a recount. We put our vote in the machine and have no assurance of how they might be manipulated.
They could verify that there are 1000 more votes than voters, but could not do darn thing to rectify it.

Doesn't surprise me about Butte-Silver Bow county. The seat of political power in Montana isn't Helena, it's Butte. HQ for unions and powerbrokers.

Three Hundred Thousand Biden ballots appeared in Pennsylvania as if by magic in 2020. Crooked Governor Wolf refused to let anybody audit Philadelphia. Cheating is the ONLY thing that the democrats do well. The only crime found from that election was January 6th.

Not sure what some of the posters read but the way I understand this was the Repub primary (two or more Repub candidates running to be the representative for the Repub Party). The Dim part in this scheme is they don't want the primary election fairly adjudicated because, well, because they are dimocrats.

Not sure who will benefit from this ruling...but...I'm proud to be a conservative now...because MAGA is in the game...WE don't just assume our side will do their job....WE question everything...thanks to Laura Trump and her office....the time to just accept all the government says is over...and having someone on our side...this time...WE are winning....

The excuse give might be possible in the case of one precinct, but all precincts!?This has the overwhelming stench of ballot fraud.
It is interesting to note that all the ‘sample data’ ballots favored the losing candidate to the extent that it flipped the results of the election.

Is there some reason why The United States Of America, one of the most technologically advanced nations on Earth can't or doesn't have a fool proof and fraud proof voting system?
It's embarrassing if not shameful and dangerous.

#21, you know the answer to your valid question--Because to the democrats, "That would be racist." They already claim that Black Americans would be disenfranchised of their right to vote if photo ID were required to register and vote. Does the George Soros family own a hefty share of the company that manufactures and sells Dominion voting machines? I first heard that one about ten years ago. No one mentions it anymore.
