Montana County Declares Wrong Winner After
Failing To Compare Total Voters To Ballots

Original Article

Montana county declared the wrong winner in a race after overcounting votes. During a post-canvassing audit of the Butte-Silver Bow County primary that was held in June, election officials suspected an overcount of more than 1,000 ballots, prompting a judge to order a recount. The recount discovered that 1,131 more votes were counted than voters who voted. Data shows a very similar number of votes in each precinct was overcounted. Election officials are not entirely sure what happened, though Butte-Silver Bow County Clerk and Recorder Linda Sajor-Joyce told leaders she believes the extra ballots were from sample data that had not been cleared from the software by Election Day, according to KTVH.

This undermines confidence in the Tester-Sheehy senate race. Sheehy holds a comfortable lead in the polls, but apparently the democrats are spending a fortune on Tester. Vance needs to hold a Montana rally. This seat is a must pickup for the GOP.

if (not_sample_data()) { count_vote(); } else { show_error(ERR_CLEAR_SAMPLE_DATA); } Of course that isn't the actual code -- just a way of saying it's TRIVIAL to write software that processes only actual data. Their excuse is simply not plausible.

So, another way the Demzis cheat. To load the machines withe "sample data" to not be cleared, if needed. I bet it's possible to post load the needed "sample data" necessary to provide the margin of fraud for the Demzi to win.

They did this in the 2004 governor's race in Washington state. More ballots counted in King county than registered voters and that's how we got Christine Gregoire.

I did not catch the type of voting machine, but I can make a pretty good guess. The problem we have in Louisiana with our Dominion machines is that there is absolutely no paper to do a recount. We put our vote in the machine and have no assurance of how they might be manipulated. They could verify that there are 1000 more votes than voters, but could not do darn thing to rectify it.

#21, you know the answer to your valid question--Because to the democrats, "That would be racist." They already claim that Black Americans would be disenfranchised of their right to vote if photo ID were required to register and vote. Does the George Soros family own a hefty share of the company that manufactures and sells Dominion voting machines? I first heard that one about ten years ago. No one mentions it anymore.

Right now, an untold number of Americans throughout several southeastern states are still struggling to acquire basic necessities after Hurricane Helene ripped through the region a week ago — and our government is largely indifferent. The devastation is nothing short of horrific. As of this article’s publication, officials reported that at least 202 people have died in the disaster, with many more still missing and awaiting rescue. Among the areas hardest hit are Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina, the latter jurisdiction of which has racked up more deaths than any other state.

Federal agencies tasked with protecting U.S. borders have allowed illegal border crossers to enter the United States without adequate vetting and board domestic flights, a new Department of Homeland Security inspector general report found. The 37-page document published on September 30 may be heavily redacted, but it paints a clear picture of the “potential risk” posed to Americans thanks to the willingness of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Transportation Security Agency to admit noncitizens without ID into the country. “Under current processes, CBP and ICE cannot ensure they are keeping high-risk noncitizens without identification from entering the country.

Politico is framing the “lack of vetting” as the reason Kamala Harris is now stuck with Tim Walz as a liability dragging down her campaign. The VP nominee is essentially outlined as a lying liar who lies, although they use the word “misspeak” frequently. Strangely, or not, Politico never outlines that Tim Walz was specifically vetted by Eric Holder. As a consequence, if the political left is going to run with the excuse of failed vetting of Walz to explain Harris losing, they are essentially saying Eric Holder sunk Harris.

Appeals judges in New York fielded multiple questions to the New York attorney general’s office on Sept. 26 indicating they were skeptical of its application of an anti-fraud law to former President Donald Trump’s business practices. The questions came during oral argument over Trump’s claims that the state Supreme Court erred in handling the civil fraud case, which resulted in a $489 million penalty for the former president. Trump’s attorney, D. John Sauer, told a five-judge panel in the court’s appellate division that the judge and prosecutors flouted time limits on the claims involved. He added that Attorney General Letitia James’s office pressed an overly broad interpretation of legally punishable fraud and
