The 15-year-old girl accused of viciously beating classmate Kaylee Gain into a coma will not be charged as an adult, a St. Louis judge ruled on Wednesday.
The case will remain in juvenile court after the judge reviewed the unnamed suspect’s school history and met with the girl and her family several times since the brutal March fight outside Hazelwood East High School.
Gain, 16, was left severely injured in a fight on March 8.
Disturbing video showed her attacker get on top of the teen and repeatedly bash her head into the pavement.
She awoke from a coma several days later, but still has a long road to recovery, her family has said.

For some reason the reported incident caused images to flash through my mind of cute little Caylee verbally humiliating the other, who eventually snapped. But this apparent confirmation makes me skeptical. Contradiction? Maybe not -- I guess the common factor there is that the swamp media have conditioned me to doubt all reporting now.

What garbage. I don't care in the SLIGHTEST what that vile feral animal's excuses might be. That person belongs in prison for a LONG time, and being tried in juvy system is just a free pass to come out very soon and start harming more innocent people.
I hope the next victim is armed and can solve her problem.

Who in the hail didn't know that the fix was in? Y'all KNOW that skinny scrawny little honky had it coming. She richly deserved to have her life utterly destroyed by that honor student she was threatening so viciously. This was a forgone conclusion. See?? It pays to be an honor roll violin player...with a weave.

Thanks for that info, #5. Yes, the perp's name is known, and she's not a suspect, we have the video.
After the incident, Maurnice was bragging of an MMA future as her video went viral. Maurnice DeClue, her family, her attorney and the judge are not our future, they are our now.

I find it hard to believe that a skinny white girl in a 99% black school could (or would) bully a black girl built like a linebacker. Further, who triggered the fight that caused the white girl to get suspended? Of course, she can't defend herself so the black girl gets a pass. So much for "white privilege."

Will the attacker's parents and the school be sued for all the medical expenses and lifetime recovery needs for this young lady?

Adult behavior = adult consequences. (Never mind)
But for the 1% non blacks at that school, get out while you can.

I question the sanity of parents who would put their children in a school like that.

Is it any wonder why some people view my fellow Blacks (sadly especially Black teenage girls) as vicious, feral animals hellbent on violence and destruction. It is a rising epidemic in the Black community, and it begins at home. Fatherless homes, single mothers who either stay home on welfare or don't care. Or who work so much that they're too tired to raise their five kids by four different daddies. What you wind up with are kids who act like DeClue or that 6-year-old kid who shot his teacher in VA. The kicker being those in charge passing bad judgments like Dodson. No responsibility, no accountability, no chance.
