The Associated Press (AP) admitted Friday that this week’s indictment of 18 Arizona Republicans is “part of a campaign” to “deter” Republicans from raising challenges and concerns about the integrity of the 2024 election. Democratic Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes indicted 18 individuals, 11 of whom she claims acted illegally when they convened as alternate electors to certify the Arizona election in favor of Donald Trump while challenges to the tight election’s initial results were ongoing. Under the headline “Charges against Trump’s 2020 ‘fake electors’ are expected to deter a repeat this year,” AP’s Nicholas Riccardi wrote the indictment of 18 people “could help shape the landscape of challenges

Malicious prosecution - "Malicious prosecution it a legal term that refers to the filing of a civil or criminal case that has no probable cause, and is filed for some purpose other than obtaining justice. When such a case is decided in favor of the defendant, he may turn around and file a civil lawsuit against the plaintiff or prosecutor for malicious prosecution, seeking damages. To explore this concept, consider the following malicious prosecution definition." Legaldictionary.net

Right. Thanks for the reminder not to question election results. In November 2024. when Democrats simply cheat as we know they will, there will be no point to merely question the election results or to seek judicial judgements. Instead, it will be full-on, kill every Democrat you see....especially those in Washington DC.

The 2020 election WAS stolen. The left and RINOs are still attempting to ignore that in the same way they are ignoring that the vax never prevented covid and never prevented transmission. It is not illegal to question the validity of an election unless you are republican. Hillary went so far as to try to get electors to change their vote. Everyone that went peacefully to the capitol on J6 (except the FBI and their fellow infiltrators) had the right to request that the election be investigated or sent back to the states that were in question. Many of those states violated the constitution by allowing the secretary of states and or governors to change the rules of the election. The state legislatures are the only constitutional ones that should be in control of how the elections are run. I am so sick of the democrats cheating and then RINOs and other dishonest people pretending that the elections are fair.

It is all a show of force to intimidate the masses. J6, election denier persecutions, cancelling people, Trump indictments, republicans being indicted in multiple sates for questioning election results etc... It is pretty evident that they are trying to send a clear message to the Conservative Right before the 2024 election, that they are in charge, do not question election outcomes and do not challenge their authority.

Well, it cuts both ways. The Dems question election results every time they lose, the latest when Hillary lost, and there were violent protests and, in actuality, temper tantrums, causing property damage and financial losses, and threats by certain "celebrities" to harm President Trump and Federal property. Maybe an enterprising lawyer could ex post facto go after the organizers and antagonists, including the old bag Hillary, herself.

There isn’t a politician in Washington who doesn’t know that the 2020 election was stolen due to massive fraud. The really dumb ones think the cheating was legitimate because it was Trump. If the Republicans had not stood down and meekly said out loud that Biden was the true winner we would be in a different place right now. This Week In Lawfare Land: Prosecutor

As the lawfare crusade continues, former President Donald Trump is racking up significant victories in court. Down in Florida, President Trump secured an indefinite delay in his criminal case involving alleged mishandling of classified documents. This delay was ordered following revelations that Special Counsel Jack Smith and prosecutors mishandled and misrepresented evidence, which is uniquely ironic given the subject matter of the underlying case. In Georgia, where another criminal case is pending, the Georgia Court of Appeals agreed to hear President Trump’s attempt to remove Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis from the case. The Georgia Court of Appeals is set to consider and decide this issue in the coming weeks.

The idea that a president can unilaterally declare a group of individuals “lawfully” present without the consent of Congress defies logic, not to mention the basic principles of “our democracy” that the left purports to care so much about.

Prior to the Obama-era the radicals tearing down government defended the transparently guilty, their allies and fellow traveling communists.
