An Irish society, an unpaid loan and the hypocrisy of Letitia James

Original Article

To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, here is a tale of financial shenanigans at the American Irish Historical Society, in which Trump-deranged New York Attorney General Letitia James is hoist with her own petard. It involves a grand old building on Fifth Avenue, an unpaid loan, a fading family dynasty, a James Joyce theatrical production which almost ended in fisticuffs, and hypocrisy from the AG as obvious as a glass of green beer.

Comments:

Letitia James oversees and supports a defaulted $3Million loan, blocks collection, that values a single mansion at $80Million, MORE than she claims Trump tower is worth, More than Mar a Lago is worth.

Somehow James is getting dough off this. Or maybe she thinks it would make a swell retirement home for her; after finishes pretending to serve the people of New York. There, she will reign as Queen LaThiefa.

Hopefully, Donald Trump will be able to use this case in his appeal to help prove that he was selectively prosecuted by Leticia James. Then again, is selective prosecution illegal? It seems to happen all the time.

#13 is spot on. The lawless assume everyone else lives by their standards. I imagine it was a surprise to Letitia and her cohorts that Trump was so clean, but that minor detail was easily steamrolled by the NY machine. Although it appears that evil and lies gain the upper hand by seizing rough power, it is never a victory that lasts. Truly, the suffering inflicted upon the innocent is real and heinous during the evil time and is not to be dismissed lightly, the innocent also know that right and goodness will prevail. There is a reason the ancient myths and sagas ring true down the ages. Human nature does not change. A hero rises up from an oppressed people and overturns an evil ruling elite. They regroup, circle back and through lies, schemes and fraud steal back power. They ostracize the hero; he is driven into exile, persecuted and/or imprisoned. The hero regroups, gathering around him even more supporters and allies. A final epic battle is fought. TRUMP 2024 - MAGA

“Tishkabibble” is New York’s Attorney General, the chief “law enforcement” officer in NYS. She let Chirlane McCray and Bill DeBlasio (real name Warren Wilhelm Jr.) skate after stealing close to a billion in taxpayer $$. (Her “mental health initiative…) I need not mention the laws broken in NY by Hillary and Bill Clinton, and likely her spawn Chelsea.

A new public benefit corporation backed by billionaires Reid Hoffman, George Soros, and others is launching Tuesday to fund new media companies and efforts that tackle disinformation. Why it matters: Good Information Inc. aims to fund and scale businesses that cut through echo chambers with fact-based information. As part of its mission, it plans to invest in local news companies. The group will be led by Tara McGowan, a former Democratic strategist who previously ran a progressive non-profit called ACRONYM. ACRONYM invested in for-profit companies that built media and technology solutions for progressive causes. It ran one of the largest digital campaigns to defeat President Trump in the 2020 election, totaling $100 million.

Donald Trump either has a short list or a long one, depending on the media source, in his search for a running mate. Either way, he could do a lot worse than Tulsi Gabbard. At least she knows, unlike many establishment Republicans, just how malicious Democrats are, since she used to be one and saw the depravity up close. Maybe Trump will choose Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, or New York Rep. Elise Stefanik. He might turn to Ben Carson, a Cabinet official in his previous administration, South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, or South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem. At least eight states are planning to ban the sale of new gas-powered cars in the next decade - and others are considering joining them. Only zero-emission vehicles can be sold in participating states beginning from the 2035 model year, according to the Advanced Clean Cars II legislation. The rule, which was first adopted by California, means that automakers and dealerships would be banned from selling new gas cars in these states from that point onwards. Americans will not be forced to take their gas-powered cars off the road, however, and will still be able to buy used and secondhand gas vehicles. These states have gone further

But have you seen this verse…?” the quote reads, pointing to Psalm 109:3-8.

Engineers have blamed the deadly collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key bridge on a design flaw that is present in tens of thousands of US bridges. Several experts told DailyMail.com that the Maryland bridge was missing critical protection systems that would have stopped the the nearly 105,000 ton container ship from smashing into the bridge's support. The Francis Scott Key Bridge was built in 1977 and anti-collision devices like fenders or protection cells were not introduced until the 1980s.

Nicole Shanahan is a wild card. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s vice presidential pick doesn’t have the kind of public persona typically associated with politicians. She’s not a frequent-flier on cable news, barely has a social media presence and is interested in some niche policy issues, like reproductive senescence, regenerative agriculture and gut biomes. But what Shanahan, 38, has is an abundance of wealth (which will come in handy as Kennedy mounts an expensive cross-country ballot access effort)
