‘A nightmare’: Special counsel’s

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden sidestepped any criminal charges as the investigation into his handling of classified documents concluded, but the political blowback from the special counsel’s report Thursday could prove even more devastating, reinforcing impressions that he is too old and impaired to hold the highest office. Special counsel Robert Hur’s portrait of a man who couldn’t remember when he served as Barack Obama’s vice president, or the year when his beloved son Beau died, dealt a blow to Biden’s argument that he is still sharp and fit enough to serve another four-year term.

Comments:

And now we just watched a dumpster fire of an angry, disjointed, very long presser with an angry WH press corps! Hur's report did not help him. Jesse Watters noticed tjat Biden said he couldn't remember how trhe boxes of docs got into his garage. But he did remember he'd kept them for a book hid ghost writer would write. Can't have it both ways.

The media didn't suddenly realize joe is senile. The media just got the OK to slam joe about his obvious dementia. It is all part of a coordinated plan to replace joe in time for his replacement to "deserve" a new term of 4 years.

Biden will fumble bumble through the primary process and the Dim leadership will appoint a candidate to run against Trump in the general. I don't see how even a dim voter could be pleased with the elitists/rich men north of Richmond appointing the party's candidate (but then dim voters are idiots so you have that).

He was not a "sympathetic old man" when he began collecting Classified Information while a lowly Congressman. Since when did that inoculate someone from Federal charges anyway? That's like refusing to deport a former Nazi prison camp guard because he's a feeble dementia sufferer and doesn't know what he's doing. Well, he did back then! What Documents were held and where were they held? Did Joe Biden ever sign the Federal form on the handling of classified material? Once that is signed all violation excuses are null and void.

Bottom line: There’s no way that Joe will be in the White House come January 2025. Whether the 25th is invoked or Joe is tapped on the shoulder, he’s done at some point in the next few months. The plan to execute the ol’ switcheroo will be executed to coronate big Mike at the convention. Can’t be done? Ask Robert Toricelli how that worked out for him in the 2002 midterm election.

The democrats should have panicked during the 2020 campaign when Joe hid in his basement because he couldn't walk or talk, except that they had a Plan B. Without that, his numbers in the general are going to look like Nikki's in the primaries. He can hide again but his record can not.

I am scared to death at what is going to happen next. Kamala must be packing her Bags, getting ready for the Move to the White House! I'm betting she is being groomed right now by the people who are really running things at there!! They may think she will be easily handled (just like Joe), but She might just have other plans. That's where the Horrors of having her, for almost a year, able to do real damage (even worse than Joe did). Follow that by Michele Obama as the Front Runner in the Presidential Race. Trump was on his way to easily beating Joe, but I think he is going to have a much harder time handling Michele. The Black Community, who have been slowly leaning to Trump, will go for Michele. They Love her! Now we will have a Screeching Black Woman up against Trump. He won't be able to touch her or he will get the "Racist" Label hurled at him. It's not going to be pretty. Nobody can say "she has absolutely NO Background that would make her QUALIFIED to run for President"! Again! Screams of Racist will be thrown out to anyone who would dare to bring that up!! I think we should leave Joe right where he is until the Election! Trump will win!

When did age and forgetfulness become a legitimate reason to get a pass on committing Federal crimes? As VP Biden had no legal authority to keep any classified material under the Presidential Records Act. Nor did he have the authority to de-classify anything. Hur caved to political pressure and decided to get some shots in anyway.

So Hur knowing that the DOJ wouldn't indict Biden, went full steam TRUTH and pulled the curtain back on the dementia of Biden. Thursday’s bombshell report by Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that “President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” And though the material concerned “issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods,” and presented “serious risks to national security,” Hur recommended against charging Biden in his 380-plus-page report, saying it would be “difficult to convince a jury” to convict such “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

President Joe Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency,” Department of Justice special counsel said in a report released Thursday. But special counsel Robert Hur also said that he would not criminally prosecute Biden for his handling of that material. The FBI found classified documents, which by law should have been given back to the U.S. government when Biden ended his second term as vice president in January 2017, in the garage, office, and basement den of his Wilmington, Delaware, home, Hur’s report said.
