House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) on Sunday said that the establishment “border” bill is an “absolute non-starter.”
The Senate released its emergency supplemental spending bill that contains, among other things, an establishment border bill, which as Breitbart News reported, would do little to stymy the migrant crisis at the southern border. (Photo) Stefanik wrote:
This Joe Biden/Chuck Schumer Open Border Bill is an absolute non-starter and will further incentivize thousands of illegals to pour in across our borders daily. House Republicans have already passed HR2 – the Secure Our Border Act, which would actually secure the border and return to

Donald Trump's attempt to be reinstated on the ballot in Colorado could hinge on interpretations of the Constitution made in the immediate aftermath of the Civil War, legal experts believe.
Trump was declared ineligible to appear on the Colorado ballot on December 19.
The decision marked the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate, and the U.S. Supreme Court on January 5 agreed to hear Trump's appeal against the Colorado Supreme Court's decision.

An Indiana border city is undergoing a makeover following six decades of decline which earned it the moniker 'Scary Gary'.
The now crime-ravaged metropolis was named after lawyer Elbert Henry Gary, who founded US Steel and built what is still the conglomerate's biggest plant there in the summer of 1908.
Gary grew into a prosperous industrial powerhouse which provided the raw materials for many of America's bridges, tunnels and skyscrapers over the first half of the 20th century.

A Senate bill would provide a measly $650 million to continue building a border wall at the United States-Mexico border while Ukraine would be sent $48 billion in American taxpayer money.
The bill, negotiated by Sens. James Lankford (R-OK), Chris Murphy (D-CT), and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), would give Ukraine nearly $50 billion in U.S. tax dollars to defend its borders from Russian invasion. At the same time, the bill spends just $650 million “to build and reinforce miles and miles of new border wall,” according to Lankford’s office. That funding is likely to build only a couple dozen miles of border wall.

The Senate has released its long-awaited “border” bill that reportedly increases the inflow of legalized immigrants into Americans’ communities, workplaces, and schools.
Titled ‘‘Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024’,” the 370-page bill was released at 6:40 p.m. on Sunday.
It is accompanied by a multi-billion dollar appropriations bill intended to fund the resources needed to register, release, transport, and house migrants in Americans’ coastal cities and inland communities.

Joe Biden’s team is ‘concerned’ Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report, which is expected to be released soon, will include ’embarrassing’ photos of stolen classified documents stored in Biden’s Delaware garage.
Robert Hur is not expected to charge Joe Biden even though he stole classified documents and improperly stored them in his Delaware garage and other unsecured locations.
Rather, the special counsel will release a report on his investigation.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott continued his long-running feud with New York City Mayor Eric Adams over the disaster at the border, calling his plan to give migrants in the city pre-paid credit cards 'insanity.'
It was revealed yesterday that migrants housed in one of the city's hotels will receive pre-paid cards with which to buy food and baby supplies, instead of the city providing meals the migrants often did not want.
Adams estimated the $53 million scheme will save the city $600,000 a month, or $7.2 million annually, drawing outrage from many across the country, including native New Yorkers like rapper 50 Cent.

President Joe Biden embraced his son Hunter after the men exited The Ivy restaurant in Beverly Hills, where they were celebrating Hunter's 54th birthday.
First lady Jill Biden had joined them at the restaurant but did not leave with them. Hunter's young son Beau, 3, came out with his father and grandfather. President Biden bent down to give his grandson a kiss.
The first couple was in town for campaign events and made the unscheduled stop at the popular celebrity brunch location. On Saturday, which was the late Beau Biden's birthday, Joe and Jill Biden visited his grave in Wilmington, Del., before departing for the West Coast.

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that the United States will take additional action after earlier airstrikes targeting Iran-backed militant groups, but he would not specify where including ruling out Iran.
Sullivan said, “The president ordered strikes in Iraq and Syria in response to the tragic death of three brave service members. Those strikes were carried out Friday night to good affect.” He added, “The president was clear when he ordered them and when he conducted them that that was the beginning of our response. There will be more steps to come.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump revealed the “one thing” required of his running mate on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo.
“When will you announce who your VP is?” Bartiromo asked. “Not for a while. We have so many great people in the Republican Party, but not for a while,” Trump answered.
“What criteria are you using to identify who your running mate is?” Bartiromo questioned.
“Always, it’s gotta be one thing. It’s gotta be who would be a good president. I mean, you always have to think that because, you know, in case of emergency,” Trump said. “Things happen, right?

A newly resurrected video of E. Jean Carroll from her 1996 television show in New York City reveals a completely unpredictable and deranged woman who is obsessed with men and sex.
The guests look noticeably uncomfortable as E. Jean Carroll lays down on the floor during the segment, starts screaming something about ‘The Dating Game’ show and then objectifies the male guests.
E. Jean Carroll: All’s you have to remember is you’re a woman. And if you’re a woman you’re precious… Yes my darlings, chasing men is the highest amusement there is, but manhandling the difficult little buggers is something else…
