Jack (Smith) Not So Nimble

Original Article

Posted By: earlybird, 12/24/2023 1:17:54 PM

It seems clear to me that Jack Smith was appointed for the purpose of besetting Donald J. Trump and finding a means to keep him from running for president again. If I’m right, Smith's many strategies have come to naught this week and it is extremely unlikely that the cases he instituted in the District of Columbia and Florida (meritless as I think they are) will ever be resolved before the election. snip)You can see that the March 4 plan for a trial is not in the works. Indeed, the chance of a trial taking place before the election is more than unlikely.

Jack O. Smith should get back to shaking down eastern europeans, and leave US politics alone.

Jack Smith is being used by the Democrats who are frightened to see Trump win the presidency back. There is a large list of people who have destroyed their lives with hate and one day will go down in history as Benedict Arnold and the Rosenbergs did.

None of this will stop the rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth communists. They'll come up with something - - something even more unconstitutional and insane - - to try to stop President Trump before the election. None of us can possibly imagine what it could be - - because none of us can think like a rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth communist. But they'll do something - - anything - - as sure as shooting. Ooops - - maybe that's it - - maybe they'll resort to shooting. Don't put it past them.

Many here do not read articles and thus reveal that they are Rush's drivebys. A shame. This is an especially important information-filled article that no Conservative should drive by.

Makes no diff whether DJT is found guilty or not: The purpose of the charges is to present him as a scoundral and unelectable regardless of the progress of the cases.

This is a brilliant article by Clarice. I enjoy all her articles. Some do not, because she often re-hashes certain articles that we've already read during the previous week, embellished with her own useful insights. In this article, she analyzes the motives and legal maneuvering by the reprehensible Jack Smith, from her perspective of a retired attorney in Washington, D.C., litigating on behalf of the federal government for four years and thereafter on behalf of private clients having business or controversies with the government. As a retired attorney myself, I find her analysis in this particular article immensely insightful.

Great analysis by a real lawyer. I read the same statutes as they had, as a non-lawyer, they seem to be obviously correct. Jack Smith is illegally, unconstitutionally appointed, and therefore has no powers to indict anyone, subpoena anyone about anything. And....Ms. Feldman explains that the timelines will make these cases essentially moot because nothing will happen before the election, which torpedoes Gestapo Garland's evil plot.

It is often said in recent years that events in Europe present as the precursor for events that later follow in the U.S. and North America. Indeed, there are many points of reference which support this outlook. According to recent media reporting, various state police agencies in Europe took action against Islamic extremists, identified as ISIS-k affiliates, to stop planned terror attacks against Christian targets, specifically well-known cathedrals, this Christmas holiday season. The events took place in Austria and Germany, with targets identified in Vienna and Western Germany.

If it wasn’t obvious before now that the left will do anything to stop Donald Trump from winning a second term in the White House, the events of the last few days should leave no doubt in any American’s mind. Democrats, including President Biden, are prepared not only to rig the 2024 election in broad daylight but also to twist the U.S. Constitution and undermine the republic so they can hold on to power.(snip). Never mind that Trump has yet to be convicted of a crime associated with Jan. 6 (or any crime for that matter) or that the 14th Amendment doesn’t include the president or vice president

ILION, N.Y.—In the village of Ilion, New York, 80 miles west of the state capital in Albany, residents are mourning the departure of gunmaker Remington Arms Co. after two centuries of continuous operation. Without fanfare, the company announced last month that the manufacturing plant would be closing its doors on March 4, 2024. "I feel like a family member has died," Ilion Mayor John Stephens told The Epoch Times. "My dad raised four kids on a paycheck from there for 37 years. He walked to work and carried his lunch every day." Mr. Stephens said no one expected the announcement a week after Thanksgiving that the plant was set to close.

As the story is told, the “republicans” have the lowest amount of reserve cash on hand in the past seven years. However, as readers here are well aware, it’s not the republicans that are “running out of money,” it is the RNC Corporation that is running low on funds. These are two distinctly different things. In the era of the great political awakening, the term “uniparty” has now become a well-known in conservative lexicon to describe our national political situation. The RNC and DNC are two private corporations that form each wing of the Uniparty vulture. The RNC and DNC are private entities, private corporations,

As we stated yesterday, following the Smith request, the Trump attorney response, and the Smith re-response, the transparency of the special counsel motive is obvious. For the Supreme Court to accept the request of Smith, would be for the Supreme Court to pretend the political motive was unknown. The Supreme Court did not pretend and was curt in their retort: “The petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment is denied.”

When CNN announced they were hosting two debates for the GOPe candidates in Iowa and New Hampshire, the supposition was that the RNC had given two debates to the network. The assumption was because the RNC, and the four remaining first-loser candidates, had previously held an agreement that only RNC sanctioned debates would be permitted, and the candidates would only attend RNC sanctioned debates. However, it turns out that fake news CNN went rogue in organizing the unsanctioned debates.

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) is putting together legislation to require the U.S. military to adhere to state-level red and yellow flag laws for troops. A red flag law allows family, friends, and others, to seek a court order to have guns removed from someone they view as a danger to himself or others. A yellow flag law is more narrow, allowing law enforcement to seek the court order for firearm removal.Collins bill comes in response to the October 25, 2023, Lewiston, Maine, attacks, which were carried out by a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. The attacker used a sniper rifle which was legally purchased.
