Texas Supreme Court puts on hold order
that granted pregnant woman's request

The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to pause a lower court ruling that would have allowed a pregnant woman whose fetus is unlikely to survive to get an abortion. The ruling that “administratively stays” the lower court’s order is not the final say, but it pauses the decision that cleared Kate Cox, 31, to have an abortion. Cox was 20 weeks pregnant when she found out last month that her developing fetus has trisomy 18, a rare chromosomal disorder likely to cause stillbirth or the death of the baby shortly after it is born. Texas law prohibits almost all abortions with limited exceptions. Lawyers on her behalf sought and successfully

For what is being spent on attorneys in this bogus case, someone could have bought her a plane or bus ticket to several neighboring states, or Cuba-fornia (the Las Vegas of abortions), or Ohio, and she could have already gotten the abortion. But we all know this is about PR for the baby slaughter industry. And it won't work. This is Texas!!!!!

So many cold blooded people who judge someone without knowing one thing about them or their medical condition. Abortion should be between the pregnant woman and her doctor, not random people around the country.

This is a tough one. Many years ago when my amazing wife was pregnant with our second daughter, we were faced with the same trisomy 18 diagnosis after amniocentesis examination of our unborn child. The physician strongly recommended pregnancy termination. It was a hellish decision for us to contemplate, but thankfully my wife's strong faith and love prevailed, and our daughter was born a normal healthy child. The physician's diagnosis was mistaken - an egregious lab error for which neither he nor the lab has EVER apologized. May God bless the parents of this child. We understand your agony.

#3 - Thank you for sharing your amazing story of life. None of us know God's plans, nor should we presume such knowledge. The legalization of abortion, at any stage of pregnancy, is an abomination and the greatest of man's inhumanity to man. The ultimate purpose of womanhood is to give life. When women were deceived into believing that their "liberation" from "household drudgery" depended upon embracing abortion, we were fools not to think it meant denying the purpose of our existence. Although accomplished women such as Phyllis Schlafly and Anita Bryant spoke out bravely they were mocked and dismissed by the media. Being a wife, mother and homemaker are lifetime roles that require skills, and rewards, that supersede any professional career. Our menfolk need the love and support of good women in order to do battle against the evil in the world, to fight the good fight and to bring home the bacon. Children need the love and guidance of mothers who know them at home; to guide and teach them the ways of the world - not strangers with other agendas. A woman's biology dictates a different life projectory than a man's. Instead of "having it all at once", a woman can have it all in sequence; college, marriage, children, then career. Or, marriage, children, college/career or no college and start a business. Child-rearing, depending upon the number of children, is time limited until they reach eighteen; after that, women have several decades of their middle years to make their mark. "Women are most fascinating between the age of thirty-five and forty after they have won a few races and know how to pace themselves. Since few women ever pass forty, maximum fascination can continue indefinitely." Christian Dior, Colliers, June 1955

A three-judge panel from the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld district court injunctions on Friday against three New York gun controls, including one requiring concealed carry applicants to submit their social media accounts for review. Lynch, and President Joe Biden appointed Eunice C. Lee. The plaintiffs in the cases were Brett Christian; Firearms Policy Coalition, Inc.; and Michael Spencer and his Tabernacle Family Church. The focus of the cases is New York’s Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA),

For the first time in decades, Argentina is no longer ruled by socialists. Libertarian-leaning President Javier Milei was officially sworn in on Sunday, marking a major turning point in the country's battle against hyperinflation and economic decline. In November, Argentina reached 183 percent inflation for 2023, impoverishing around 40 percent of the country, a reality that helped sweep Milei into power. Now, he's taking action, with his first move in office being an executive order that slashes the number of government ministries from 21 to nine. Among those put on the chopping block was the ministry of "women, genders, and diversity,"

Following precise IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF killed the new commander of Hamas’ Shuja'iyya Battalion, Emad Krikae. The previous commander of the Hamas battalion had already been killed by the IDF earlier in the war. Since 2019, Krikae had been the Deputy Commander of Hamas’ Shuja'iyya Battalion. He was previously responsible for anti-tank missile training in the Gaza City Brigade. Kirikae was also part of anti-tank missile fire and terrorist raids carried out inside Israeli territory. Following the elimination of the commander of Hamas’ Shuja'iyya Battalion during the war, Krikae temporarily assumed the position of battalion commander before also being killed by the IDF.

After the past week's Congressional hearings, the presidents of Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Pennsylvania are being exposed to an amount of publicity and scrutiny they're not used to and likely wish would go away. As we reported, the trio claimed that calls for genocide against Jews needed to be placed into context before deciding whether they violated student codes of conduct. The backlash was swift, and so was the backpedaling. UPenn's Liz Magill wasn't able to keep her job, though, and Harvard's Claudine Gay might not be far behind. Joe Biden could be doing many things this weekend. He chose to spend the weekend in California with the rich and famous in Southern California. He’s begging for bucks and patting his donors on the back for helping him defeat Donald Trump in 2020. He hopes they will do the same in 2024. If Joe Biden was a normal president, he would have attended the Army-Navy football game on Saturday afternoon. It is standard for a president to attend at least one of the games but Biden has not attended any of them since he’s been in office. During a fundraiser in Los Angeles Friday night, Biden told

The U.S. was the sole "no" vote on the resolution, while 13 countries on the Security Council, including France and Japan, voted in favor of it, and the United Kingdom abstained. On Sunday, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken joined ABC's "This Week" and spoke with Martha Raddatz regarding the Israel-Hamas War. Radical pro-Palestinian demonstrations appear to have developed a new tactic: they are targeting Christmas tree lightings across the country, and other Christian symbols, in addition to symbols of Israel and Jewish institutions. The latest example was Friday’s protest in Los Angeles, where pro-Palestinian radicals marched from a fundraiser for President Joe Biden to an area where there are several synagogues. They sprayed anti-Israel graffiti on the walls opposite the synagogues, and also vandalized a local church. Prior to that, pro-Palestinian activists disrupted the Christmas tree lighting at Rockefeller Center in New York City, clashing with police.

LOS ANGELES, California — Pro-Palestinian protesters vandalized buildings near synagogues, as well as a nearby church, with anti-Israel graffiti on Friday night after demonstrating against President Joe Biden at a nearby fundraiser on Friday night. As Breitbart News reported, the protesters gathered outside a fundraiser near Beverly Hills, waving signs that included “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” — a call for Israel to be destroyed. Some demonstrators also conducted Islamic prayers. From there, some of the protesters went to Westwood, near the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), and marched down Wilshire Boulevard toward an area where there are several synagogues, notably Sinai Temple.
