House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, is investigating whether the 51 former intelligence officials who signed the infamous Hunter Biden laptop letter were paid by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). (snip) “We understand that former intelligence officials often return to the intelligence community under private contract for their previous agencies,” Jordan wrote. “It is vital to the Committees’ oversight to understand whether any of the signatories of the public statement were actively employed by CIA as contractors or consultants at the time they signed the public statement.”

By all means, let us demand that Jim Jordan do absolutely nothing regarding the interference in the 2020 election. Any action by “ineffective clowns” such as Jordan must be deplored and rejected. And by all means let’s stamp our feet and hold our breath till we turn blue. That will show ‘em.

That's classified information and mere U.S. Representatives are not allowed to know, because they might pass the information along to the enemy, also known as the American people.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez questioned Fatima Goss Graves during a hearing on Title IX on Tuesday, and claimed that boys should be allowed to compete in girls' scholastic athletics because preventing them from doing so would not only be transphobic, but racist against black women. AOC believes men should be allowed to compete against women in order to protect women, specifically black women, despite so many women and girls having suffered injuries at the hands of male athletes who say they are trans and compete in women's athletics, and women losing out on awards, prizes, or scholarships as a result of men beating them in those games.

A federal grand jury in California returned a multi-count indictment against Hunter Biden late Thursday, charging the president’s son with multiple tax offenses. (snip) What was missing from the lengthy indictment, however, was anything new of substance. On the contrary, the charges were so straightforward and stale that it’s incomprehensible they were not brought against Hunter Biden in 2019 or early 2020. The only logical explanation for the delay in charging Hunter was to interfere in the 2020 election by refraining from the Democrat candidate’s son.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has been under fire from the establishment media in Washington for his investigation into alleged financial misdeeds by the Biden family, accused of hyping evidence his team has uncovered to push impeachment. But he’s had enough and is telling the media what he thinks of their White House defense. On Tuesday night, as he appeared on Meet the Press Now, Comer told host Ryan Nobles, “The American people aren't buying what you're selling,” adding, “The mainstream media is trying to cover this up.” (snip) Comer, with a smirk, responded, “You don’t understand. Well, the ailing Pope Francis has struck again. This time, the 86-year-old pontiff decided to remove the man he described as “his enemy,” the conservative gadfly Cardinal Raymond Burke. To this end, he canceled the Cardinal’s Vatican stipend (said to be around 5,000 euros per month) and, worse, forced him to give up his 4,400-square-foot Vatican apartment. (snip) In other words, liberal love and tolerance have come to the Vatican. The point, as always, is both to squelch dissent and threaten potential opponents: toe the party line and repeat “the narrative,” or you could be next.

Hear that flushing noise? Amid all the screeching of the anti-Semitic global elites, the haze of pro-Hamas global protests, and the Biden administration's efforts to micromanage how Israel conducts its war against avowed terrorists, Israel's Defense Forces have been quietly takin' care of business. AT's editor, Andrea Widburg has written about the mass surrenders which is happy news indeed, here. But how they did it is fascinating. They've flooded Hamas's tunnels, at least in some places, with sea water, in order to, as Israel's defense minister put it, to “wipe this thing called Hamas, ISIS-Gaza, off the face of the earth.”

Former President Donald Trump is urging supporters to “guard the vote” during next year’s election, a phrase that has set off alarm bells among pro-democracy advocates who say it signals permission to take extreme measures that could intimidate voters and threaten election workers. The phrase is a relatively novel one for Trump, though activists in the far-right movement have been setting the groundwork for it to be deployed more widely. Former national security adviser Michael Flynn has spent months repeating the phrase in posts, speeches and interviews.

Something has changed inside the Department of Justice, though it’s unclear exactly what might be going on under the covers. The unpaid taxes add up to $1.4 million and they carry the potential of up to 17 years in prison. This is going to put Joe Biden in a very awkward position in short order and

Not every member of Hamas wants to be a “martyr.” They have seen how valiantly the IDF fights, relentlessly hunting them down in the north of Gaza and now in the south, with ever greater ferocity, determined to make sure that Hamas will never threaten Israeli civilians again. So, being the cowards they are — perfectly pleased to burn alive helpless children and gang-rape, torture, and murder young girls, a but distinctly less eager to fight the IDF — many are now choosing to surrender. They know that the Israelis won’t treat them the way they would have treated any Israelis who surrendered to them; they will not be executed.
