Court Rules Biological Man Allowed In Sorority

Original Article

Posted By: Beardo, 8/27/2023 6:11:55 AM

A federal district court ruled Friday that a national sorority organization did not violate its own bylaws by allowing a biological man to live in a sorority house and dismissed the complaint from sorority sisters, according to court documents. Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) sorority sisters sued the national organization in March for admitting a biological male into the University of Wyoming chapter, alleging that the national organization violated its bylaws and that 6 foot 2 biological male Artemis Langford, who identifies as trans, watched women in the house get undressed.

This is absolutely rediculous! The rights of everyone are being crushed for a few who really just want to make a statement by inserting themselves in situations or are just posing in order to infiltrate. So all these women who don't want males, trans or otherwise oggling them have no right to privacy. This country's laws and people's rights are being so perverted it is shameful

The sorority’s national association should change the bylaws to limit membership by chromosomes: females have two X chromosomes while males have one X and one Y. Only XX-identified persons admitted. Of course legally that’s possibly a tort, bringing exposure to suit from gender-dysphoric applicants, turning upon the word sorority coming from the Latin word "soror" meaning sister, and their self determination of being women, hence eligible as “sisters;” but the court’s not wrong. An over1litigious society with more grievances than sense; a culture degraded by a surplus of everything. A big correction feels like it’s coming. Hope so, and it doesn’t cost us too dearly.

My advice is to say goodbye to that Sorority. Form a new sisterhood support group and put in your bylaws that you will accept no members who are not biological females. Also refuse to recognize nor partner with "Sororities" who push men fanticizing they are women as members. If you've been betrayed by you national organization and the courts, walk away and take your money and support elsewhere.

It is undeniable that the judiciary and juries in the federal courts in the District of Columbia are almost uniformly left-wing partisans, a key part of the post-constitutional era brought into being by former president Obama. I do not know how or whether this can be rectified, although I expect a resounding victory for Republicans in 2024 followed by a congressional reshaping of the jurisdiction of these courts and their staffing may be the only solution. If you are unaware of the seriousness of this, it’s because the press has almost uniformly failed to cover this fairly, and, indeed, has been full participants in the multiple hoaxes

In what's been called a landmark victory for parental rights, a California school district has settled for $100,000 with a mother who said her daughter was "socially transitioned" to a boy without parental knowledge or consent. Jessica Konen said her 11-year-old daughter, Alicia, was told by her school in the Spreckels Union School District in Monterey County that she may be upset because she didn’t know who she "truly was inside." From there, the school allowed her to use the boy’s bathroom, used male pronouns to refer to her and was "socially transitioned" away from her biological gender. While the court found the jurors would be impartial, rejecting the argument of the plaintiff’s attorney that they would treat gay individuals as “less than everybody else,” it still removed the jurors “to err on the side of caution,” according to the petition. Now, Bailey is asking the Supreme Court to consider whether the Fourteenth Amendment prevents courts from removing jurors based on their religion.

The number one problem Joe Biden faces going into his re-election bid is the economy. It stinks. A majority of Americans think it stinks. Almost every previous presidential election was based on the voter’s perspective on the economy. Ronald Reagan’s question still haunts all incumbents: “Are you better off today than you were four years ago?” The pandemic and the economic fallout from business closings, supply chain disruptions, and $5.2 trillion in government spending — which led to a painful spike in inflation — have made the Reagan question somewhat irrelevant. The economy has come roaring back to almost where Trump left it. But people’s perspective on the economy is still clouded.
