Supreme Court rejects appeal from religious
college disputing transgender dorm rooms

The Supreme Court rejected an appeal on Tuesday from a Christian college in Missouri that sued the Biden administration over a requirement to open dorm rooms and shared shower spaces to members of the opposite sex. The College of the Ozarks asked the justices to block the Department of Housing and Urban Development directive that added "gender identity" to the definition of "sex" in the 1968 Fair Housing Act. "Because the college's faith teaches that sex is based on male-female biology, not gender identity, the college assigns its dorms, roommates, and intimate spaces by sex and communicates that policy to students," the college told the Supreme Court in its appeal.

They sure are bound and determined to shove the perversity down everyone's throats aren't they. Disgusting and so evil, it makes me wonder about the private lives of all judges/justices and politicians who refuse to see that we just don't want this shoved down our throats any longer. What filthy secrets are these justices hiding?

One expects nothing less from a Supreme Joke lead by anti-constitutionalist Chief Just-Us Roberts. The Supreme Joke has given itself powers never granted by the Constitution. Its time to have a Convention of States just to define the limits on the Supreme Joke and its underling Jesters.

The Cultural Marxists, who have subverted and infiltrated many aspects of our society, have the aim if undermining the family and confusing biblical values. They "left" Germany not wanting to confront Hitler, came to Columbia University, and set up shop to torpedo American values. They have achieved many of their goals. A gullible and complacent "whatever" people is a requirement for their success and America has provided them with exactly that. Once their "agents" confiscate firearms and nullify the 2nd Amendment, America will be at their mercy. Sounds like tin-foil-hat stuff? Just wait. And welcome to CBDCs comrade!

Re #8, nothing whatsoever was "decided" other than to not decide. There is no harm, so there is no standing, yet. Like suing someone for saying "I'm going to paint your house blue when you aren't home".....there is no case until they do it.

In a televised address to the nation on Sunday, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky explained that bringing that fight back into Russian territory is “inevitable” and that attacks on Moscow are “absolutely fair.” “Ukraine is getting stronger. Gradually, the war is returning to the territory of Russia — to its symbolic centers and military bases, and this is an inevitable, natural, and absolutely fair process,” Zelensky said in prepared remarks. “Russian aggression has gone bankrupt on the battlefield. Today is the 522nd day of the so-called ‘special military operation,’ which the Russian leadership expected to last for a week or two,” he added . The president’s comments came just hours

Former President Donald Trump’s legal woes are affecting his campaign in more ways than one. On the one hand, they have boosted his popularity among members of the conservative base, who see the wave of politically motivated indictments as a brazen attempt to use the legal system to influence the outcome of the upcoming presidential election. However, new reports show that these issues are making a significant dent in his campaign’s war chest. So far, the political action committee supporting Trump’s bid for the White House has spent a considerable sum of money on legal fees:

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) has reportedly thrown hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars at a medical company, tasked previously with testing for COVID-19, to bus border crossers and illegal aliens out of the sanctuary city. Since the spring of last year, more than 90,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived in New York City. Adams has long criticized Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for busing migrants to the sanctuary city, but recent reports reveal he has started a nearly identical busing program. A report from the New York Times details how a medical company called DocGo was awarded more than $400 million in local taxpayer dollars

WILMINGTON, Delaware, - A Florida judge on Friday rejected a Walt Disney Co (DIS.N) request to dismiss a lawsuit by an oversight district, a move that could make it harder for the entertainment giant to pursue its own case against Governor Ron DeSantis as part of a yearlong feud. The ruling allows the oversight district to pursue its case that seeks to void "backroom deals" favorable to Disney that were struck with a prior district board earlier this year. If those deals were voided, the district has said it would nearly wipe out Disney's federal case against DeSantis. A Disney spokesperson said the decision "has no bearing" on the federal lawsuit
