DA accused of ‘extreme departure from

A radical California DA is under fire for going easy on three gangbangers charged with shooting a 5-year-old girl through the heart and killing her earlier this month. Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price declined to add gun and gang enhancements to murder raps against the suspects — a “staggering” move which could significantly lessen their sentences. “Not filing gun and gang enhancements in a case like this is an extreme departure from California criminal law practice,” veteran Los Angeles County prosecutor Jason Lustig told The Post. “It’s extreme.” The Berkeley Scanner first reported the lack of enhancements alongside basic murder charges and called it a “break in precedent”

I sat on a case like that in So Cal several years ago. We found the gang member guilty of rape, murder and all the gang and gun enhancements. He was sentenced to death (row.) BUT, recently he (and the other four Crips who were convicted) was put in the general population of a prison and became eligible for parole. That's the way these Soros DAs roll. For all I know they could all be out by now.

No matter what DA Price does or does not do, she will remain a DELUDED LIBERAL who to the end of her days will enable EVIL SOCIOPATHS such as Mr Ayala to continue to prey on INNOCENT VICTIMS such as Eliyanah Crisostomo. DELUDED LIBERALS + EVIL SOCIOPATHS = INNOCENT VICTIMS, the sad but all-too-common story of our Age of Spiritual Corruption and Moral Decay.

What brought special attention to this case, the fact that the girl was age five? People are being shot dead by gang bangers every day in California's large blue cities. The mayors and DAs brush it off as teens having fun. In my day "teens having fun" was a good game of sandlot baseball. I'm wondering if any of them have yet made the connection between lax or no police enforcement, catch and release of murderers, and violent crimes repeatedly being committed by the same criminals?

Dylan Mulvaney has already cost Bud Light what is assumed to be millions of dollars (17 percent drop in sales), but he’s not done causing chaos yet. The transgender “influencer” entered into the broader public eye after Joe Biden invited him to the White House back in 2022. Think about that. A president who hasn’t done a challenging interview since he took office found time to receive softballs from a grown man who pretends to be a prepubescent girl. But I digress. Mulvaney has been propped up by corporate America despite only claiming to be a “girl” for a little over a year.

The director of the Bureau for Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms was grilled on Wednesday by Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz over two watchdog reports alleging the agency has failed to implement recommendations in the wake of a theft of firearms and unlawful record keeping. ATF Director Steven Dettelbach sat before the House Judiciary Committee as Republicans questioned the president’s top firearms official on missteps they claim hamper the agency and interfere with the rights of gun owners. Rep. Gaetz reserved his time to ask Dettelbach why independent reports from the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Inspector General went unheeded, and things got pretty heated.

The murder rates in major US Cities have soared more than 10% in the past two years — with most homicides occurring in Democratic areas with soft-on-crime policies. In a study released by WalletHub Wednesday, researchers found that Memphis, Tennesse; New Orleans, Louisana; Richmond, Virginia; Washington, DC; and Detroit, Michigan are suffering from the biggest homicide rate problems. All five cities are led by left-wing mayors. After comparing the rise in murder rates in 45 of the country’s most populated cities between 2021 and 2023, scholars noticed that killings were rising faster in Democrat-led cities than in their Republican counterparts.

Joe Biden has a well-documented history of inappropriate behavior with young women — and even little girls. But one of the most serious accusations came from Tara Reade in 2019, when she revealed publicly that Joe Biden touched her inappropriately while she worked as a staffer in his Senate office in 1993. According to Reade, Biden would place his hand on her shoulder and run his finger up her neck, causing her to freeze until he stopped. Later on, in March 2020, Reade expanded on her accusations, claiming that Biden sexually assaulted her by pinning her against a wall, kissing her, and touching her under her shirt and skirt.

The first thing on most people’s minds after Joe Biden officially announced his intent to run for president again was, “Seriously? He’s 80 years old and clearly experiencing cognitive decline. What’s he thinking?” Naturally, the obvious concerns about his advanced age and diminished mental acuity has led to speculation that Biden’s seeking reelection in order to hand off the presidency to Kamala Harris, who would otherwise be unelectable. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was given the opportunity to dispute this theory during Tuesday’s White House press briefing… and didn’t. “Does the president plan to serve all eight years?” a reporter asked.

But some daring young innovative thinker at Warner Bros. decided to do something at once more audacious, more risky, and much more certain to produce ghastly results: Warner is going to mark its hundredth birthday with “a short film series that reimagines the Studio’s iconic films through a diverse and inclusive lens.” Hey, it could be worse.

Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) and state lawmakers reached an agreement to phase out natural gas hookups in new buildings beginning in 2025, a first-of-its-kind state law designed to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and transition to cleaner sources of energy. Hochul said Thursday she reached a handshake deal with lawmakers on the agreement, which was included in New York’s fiscal 2024 budget. Though the budget stops short of an explicit ban on natural gas appliances, it will ban natural gas hookups in most new residential and commercial buildings under seven stories beginning in 2026. By 2029, that will extend to larger industrial and commercial properties as well.

Transableism is a newer term for BIID, or "Body Integrity Identity Disorder," in which a person actually "identifies" as handicapped. BIID has been relabeled to transableism to align with today's trans community, according to some. The point of "changing the identifier" from a psychiatric condition (BIID) to an advocacy term (transableism) is to "harness the stunning cultural power of gender ideology" to the cause of allowing doctors to "treat" BIID patients by "amputating healthy limbs, snipping spinal cords or destroying eyesight," according to Evolution News and Science Today
