Republicans Wide-Open Door to Win in 2024

Original Article

Posted By: Moritz55, 4/23/2023 11:41:41 AM

Democrats have left the back door off the hinges with working-class, middle-class, and even suburban voters as they have morphed into the party of the front-door rich and elite. Their policies increasingly reflect this new dynamic and, media tropes aside, Republicans can pounce on this wide-open opportunity with aggressive, disciplined messaging encompassing plenty of strategic punching back. The media is working overtime to bury this truth about the Democratic Party, but with every election, the Republican Party is becoming the de facto party of the middle class, working class, and working minorities, while the Democratic Party is increasingly the party of wealthy white elites.

I like how this article continuously mentions the Democrat Party, I would take it a step further and mention as the Progressive wing of the Democrat Party. Need to ensure people link the Progressive agenda with the Democrat party, and stop calling them marxists, socialist, etc... as I think it only weakens the links. Want to have people who don't consider themselves on the far-left wing, Progressive, of the Democrat party to start to realize it's not the same people, or agenda, as it was even 15 years ago. Talk about how they are taking away the opportunities to advance and improve their lives, and isolating them in smaller groups more and more dependent on government assistance instead of into the possibilities of the American Dream. After all, you don't travel thousands of miles to find yourself under the thumb of government again do you?

Thanks to ballot harvesting, brain-dead voters and milquetoast "republicans" whatever Democrat runs for POTUS will probably be elected.

The door may be wide open but it leads to a five-story high drop-off called vote fraud. Nothing has changed in the system, why does anyone think the results will be different. Remember the old definition of insanity?

Ross Perot running as an independent stole enough conservative voters that we ended up with Bill Clinton for 8 years. Never Trumpers accomplished the same in '20 helping to put Biden in office, perhaps the most hopelessly inept President in history, This author is correct - if we don't support the Republican nominee we might as well have voted Democrat. Six years ago I wanted Cruz. But I will vote for Trump again in a heartbeat.

Sad what the democrats have done to elections but Republicans will never win unless we steal an election better that they do. We could have 80% of the vote and still lose.

I don’t think the Republicans can even find the back door even if the hinges are off. Example: look at the midterm elections. I’m changing my registration to independent!

Please stop talking to me about strategy and demographics. There are only 2 ways Republicans win. Either get in the ballot harvesting game, or end it.

White House staffers are rushing to help Vice President Kamala Harris boost her low approval ratings following her and President Biden's newly-announced re-election campaign this week. While neither Biden's nor Harris' approval ratings are above 50%, Harris has remained stagnant in the high 30s throughout the pair's time in office, while Biden has hovered around the low-to-mid 40s. Harris is likely to face more scrutiny than ever in the 2024 campaign given the president's age. He would be 82 on Inauguration Day 2025. Senior Biden adviser Anita Dunn has tasked White House teams to schedule more events featuring Harris and promoting more popular aspects of the Democratic platform, according to Axios.

Hundreds of professors at the University of North Carolina signed a public letter Tuesday opposing legislation that would require university students to take courses on America's government and founding documents. The 673 UNC Chapel Hill professors revealed the public letter Tuesday, arguing the new courses and another bill in the North Carolina House of Representatives would constitute an infringement on the university's "academic freedom." The first piece of legislation, House Bill 96, would require students to take a 3 credit-hour course covering America's founding and history. Required reading for the course would include the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Emancipation Proclamation,

Vice President Kamala Harris was brutally mocked for puzzling comments she made during a rally for abortion rights at Howard University in Washington D.C. on Tuesday. Harris delivered her remarks at her alma mater, in her first speaking engagement since she and President Biden announced their 2024 re-election bid. The VP was urging liberals to "stand and fight" against what she deemed a "national agenda" by the GOP to limit abortion rights, voting rights and LGBTQ rights, NPR reported. One of Donald Trump’s gifts is that he drives his enemies so crazy that they do really weird things. The latest evidence came Tuesday morning when Joe Biden released a three-minute video announcing he is seeking re-election. The world’s a mess, America is spiraling downward at a rapid rate and Biden would be older than dirt at the end of a second term, but he wants to “finish the job.” Finish the job? Apparently not satisfied with merely damaging America, he aims to destroy it. The fact that the president made the announcement via a recording reflects White House concerns about his stumbling and bumbling cognitive defects.

Despite Russia's ongoing war of agression against Ukraine, Lavrov repeated claims of NATO threatening Russia and the US undermining multilateralism on the global stage. The First Amendment is one of several foundational pillars that make the United States unique in its almost-unwavering written protection of religion, protest, and most importantly of all, speech. But like all freedoms, there are exceptions. When it comes to speech, for example, there are categories of expression that fall outside the protections of the First Amendment, including obscenity, child pornography, and speech that incites violence — and it’s the latter that stands as an opportunity for authoritarian, would-be fascists among us to silence their enemies. According to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), media companies should be held accountable for “incitement of violence.” And by media companies, she means Fox News.

Presidential primaries get very dirty, and that’s to be expected. But here in April 2023, the GOP one has already descended into a disgusting spiral of lies and insanity — because of the increasingly disordered and amateurish Donald Trump campaign. Trump has a clear lane in the primary. He has a record of accomplishment as president; he led the country to prosperity that has since sharply declined; he exposes the politicization and corruption of our government agencies when he’s personally targeted by leftist activist district attorneys like Alvin Bragg and when he is the subject of a baseless search for documents at his home.

An Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblower hinted to congressional leaders last week that the FBI improperly blocked aspects of the Hunter Biden investigation and that Biden-appointed U.S. attorneys blocked an indictment against the president’s son on tax charges. The carefully worded letter also indicated Attorney General Merrick Garland had testified inaccurately when he told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the Trump-appointed Delaware U.S. attorney had the authority to file charges against Hunter Biden in other jurisdictions. Here are six reasons this whistleblower should terrify those behind the DOJ’s Biden family protection racket.

California lawmakers have introduced legislation addressing caste, following Seattle's lead. But why is the ancient South Asian hierarchical system important in US politics? "Like everyone else, I was approaching the table with plates and cutlery in hand. But when my turn to take food came, the host said, 'Prem, can you stop? I will bring the food for you.' I just obeyed. That's fine, I will not pollute your food." Nepalese-born social worker Prem Pariyar recalls the first time he was reminded of his caste in Bay Area, California. The socioeconomic hierarchical system of caste, dating back thousands of years, includes rules of purity and pollution originating in South Asia.

Tucker Carlson’s firing from Fox News came after he used vulgar language to describe a network executive, the Wall Street Journal reported. Carlson described a senior Fox News executive as a C-word in a text message obtained by lawyers as part of a defamation lawsuit between the network and Dominion Voting Systems, according to the Journal, which like Fox is part of the Murdoch media empire. In a case settled last week for $787.5m, Fox lawyers reportedly convinced the Delaware judge to redact the message from public filings. Carlson, however, was still reportedly furious the network was not doing enough to protect him.
