Intimidation of conservative Supreme Court Justices, including protests at their homes, has normalized intimidation of conservative jurists. It’s no surprise that it has trickled down to elite law schools and an attack on Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan. A crowd of jeering Stanford Law School students shouted down, yelled profanities and sexual mockery...at Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan. Stanford Law School Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Tirien Steinbach then intervened, not to admonish the students, but to spend several minutes berating the Judge for having the audacity to appear at Stanford Law School, which was traumatic to the students given his conservative judicial decisions.

“Traumatic to the students.” Who wants to have traumatized lawyers representing them? It’s going down so bad that soon, no school will turn out qualified graduates.

Wow. I always had the impression that Stanford was a top-notch school. Those poor kids.

also, reflects the normalization of bad manners.
AND, how about the normalization of lying, which is the best reason to stop watching cable news. You have all these "pundits" nodding and grinning at one another because of their wisdom and knowledge (NOT) about what is going on in the world.
Of course, they are very well-paid for doing so, which is why they do it.

Stanford needs to fire the Associate Dean for DIE, Steinbach, and expel the students who disrupted the forum.

These actions of disruption will NOT end until pictures of all of the irrational student's images are recognized and then suspended for the semester.
These results of these authoritarian people in charge do NOT have even the slightest idea of having big shoulders.

While yet another example of campus idiocy, this event at a major law school displays an even more frightening consequence. These lawyers-to-be will be judges themselves in the all-to-near future. This makes it extremely important that we elect and appoint judges NOW who will set precedents in-line with normality, truth, moral values, and the US Constitution.

If they try that as lawyers in California and many other states, they will hear from the State Bar's disciplinary office. In California, see Rule of Professional Conduct 8.2, Comment.

What would happen if the conservative speakers just continued to speak, whether they could be heard or not? Just kept speaking and weren't intimidated?
What would the traumatized students do then?

Didn't the students go the presentation of their own choice? How is it that they and the "DEI" administrator are harmed? All petulant, spoiled brats. This is what Stanford has turned into. This is DEI in action.

The prize for law school students is to be on their Law Review; the prize for Law School grads is to clerk for a Justice.
Let it be spoken, let it be law: None of these malignant 'protestors' in Stanford Law should be considered for Law Review, and may there be a ban on Clerkships for ANY Stanford grad for 10 years.
How would THAT affect recruiting & hiring?
How might that give some backbone to the school Administration to stop allowing it?

#9. What good are rules if they are not enforced? There are students like these all over law schools and universities and it seems to me, they get their way. Conservative speakers are forced into silence. Very few are told to sit down and shut up or leave. They are nothing more than a group of woke bullies which should be an oxymoron but that appears not to be case. They use profane and violent rhetoric to get their way because they know they are untouchable. Clearly, the administration is cowed by them.
