Intimidation of conservative Supreme Court Justices, including protests at their homes, has normalized intimidation of conservative jurists. It’s no surprise that it has trickled down to elite law schools and an attack on Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan. A crowd of jeering Stanford Law School students shouted down, yelled profanities and sexual mockery...at Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan. Stanford Law School Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Tirien Steinbach then intervened, not to admonish the students, but to spend several minutes berating the Judge for having the audacity to appear at Stanford Law School, which was traumatic to the students given his conservative judicial decisions.

“Traumatic to the students.” Who wants to have traumatized lawyers representing them? It’s going down so bad that soon, no school will turn out qualified graduates.

also, reflects the normalization of bad manners. AND, how about the normalization of lying, which is the best reason to stop watching cable news. You have all these "pundits" nodding and grinning at one another because of their wisdom and knowledge (NOT) about what is going on in the world. Of course, they are very well-paid for doing so, which is why they do it.

While yet another example of campus idiocy, this event at a major law school displays an even more frightening consequence. These lawyers-to-be will be judges themselves in the all-to-near future. This makes it extremely important that we elect and appoint judges NOW who will set precedents in-line with normality, truth, moral values, and the US Constitution.

If they try that as lawyers in California and many other states, they will hear from the State Bar's disciplinary office. In California, see Rule of Professional Conduct 8.2, Comment.

What would happen if the conservative speakers just continued to speak, whether they could be heard or not? Just kept speaking and weren't intimidated? What would the traumatized students do then?

The prize for law school students is to be on their Law Review; the prize for Law School grads is to clerk for a Justice. Let it be spoken, let it be law: None of these malignant 'protestors' in Stanford Law should be considered for Law Review, and may there be a ban on Clerkships for ANY Stanford grad for 10 years. How would THAT affect recruiting & hiring? How might that give some backbone to the school Administration to stop allowing it? SMH

#9. What good are rules if they are not enforced? There are students like these all over law schools and universities and it seems to me, they get their way. Conservative speakers are forced into silence. Very few are told to sit down and shut up or leave. They are nothing more than a group of woke bullies which should be an oxymoron but that appears not to be case. They use profane and violent rhetoric to get their way because they know they are untouchable. Clearly, the administration is cowed by them.

Americans will hold accountable those responsible for the accelerating degradation of the U.S. justice system as the government's J6 narrative collapses and their wrongdoing becomes apparent. The FBI agent squirmed on the hot seat. Confronted with messages the Justice Department attempted to conceal, Nicole Miller, one of the lead FBI investigators assigned to the Proud Boys case, was on the verge of admitting that the FBI monitored privileged communications between one defendant and his attorney in 2021.

Tirien Steinbach helped derail a talk by a federal judge. The school says the talk's organizers should contact her for 'support.' Hours after Stanford University apologized to Fifth Circuit appellate judge Kyle Duncan for the disruption of his talk last week, administrators encouraged members of the law school's Federalist Society chapter, which sponsored Duncan's visit, to "reach out" to the same administrators—including the diversity dean—who aided and abetted the melee.

In the latest stunning testimony from whistleblowers at the FBI, it has been alleged that the bureau actively used intelligence threat tags to label multiple groups of conservative activists as potential domestic terror threats. According to Just The News, one such whistleblower told the House Judiciary Committee over the weekend that a terrorist threat tag originally created to target far-left activists who threatened conservative Supreme Court justices after the overturning of Roe v. Wade was ultimately flipped to the opposite purpose, and instead became a marker for pro-life activists that the FBI considered dangerous for simply protesting at abortion clinics.

It gorges in a destructive frenzy and then retreats to some dank corner to belch and sleep and slobber. The world, appalled by the spectacle of its rampage, instantly begins making excuses for its viciousness—were not its victims somehow to blame?
