The Department of Justice has revealed how a search of President Joe Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware, has found another six classified documents. The search was conducted in secret on Friday and lasted for about 13 hours. The Justice Department 'took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President's service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President,' Bob Bauer, the president's personal attorney said in a statement. A prominent Democratic Senator has slammed Joe Biden's handling of classified documents days after files were found at the current head of state's home in Delaware, calling his handling of sensitive materials 'unacceptable.'
Appearing for an interview Sunday, Illinois Senator Dick Durbin chided the president for his decisions - labeling them careless, and likening them to the actions of the president's embattled predecessor, Donald Trump.
The documents recovered Saturday from Biden's Wilmington residence range from his three-decade tenure in the Senate and his time as vice president, and reportedly brings the total number of classified files found to between 25 and 30.
President Joe Biden issued a new memorandum to protect a woman's access to reproductive healthcare Sunday, the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on Roe v. Wade.
The memorandum directs his administration to establish guidance for providers and patients who seek access to mifepristone, a medication used to terminate intrauterine pregnancy up to 10 weeks. Attorney General Antony Blinken and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas are also directed to ensure patients are safe from violence when seeking reproductive care.

The potential for additional searches comes as the DOJ scoured Biden’s Wilmington residence Friday and found six more items consisting of with classified marking, according to Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer. The content of the classified materials is unknown.
Bauer claimed Saturday that Biden offered to allow the FBI to conduct the search led by the DOJ. It is unclear if Biden has offered to permit the DOJ to conduct further searches at separate locations linked to Biden.
