We have a close family friend who voted for Joe Biden. Yup, she’s really a friend -- proving that us semi-fascist conservatives are more tolerant than members of the coexist party. We’ll call her Pat. She voted for gropey Joe even though she disagrees with almost all the radicalism that he and the Democrats are pushing. Her reasoning is quite simple. She refused to vote for Donald Trump because he is too personally offensive to her.
Pat is no puritan. She’s made her share of bad choices in life, and doesn’t hold the occasional mistake against the Donald. But she just can’t get past his personality.

"Pat", and all those like her, are simply...insane.

So how many times has Joe Biden offered to take someone out back and beat the crap out of him? How many times has Joe Biden insulted potential voters? But Trump has the offensive personality.

Representative Republics were intended to protect the rest of us from irrational people like Pat. The problem is not Pat but the judges, election officials, Secretaries of State, Attorneys General, and Governors who took an oath and then failed to enforce the law and defend the Constitution against fraudulent elections. Trump won in 2020 even without Pat's emotional choices but lost because an administrative coup d'etat thwarted the actual consent of the governed. The "Pat's" out there are the least of our concerns.

The problem is the biased media.
Everything they accuse Trump of doing the dims do and have done but the media don't and won't report it or if they do report it they won't dwell on it.
(prime example is Trump's "locker room" recorded brag that women let him grab them. TMK no woman ever accused nor acknowledged that but Tara Reid credibky accused the bidet of digital rape. Media? Crickets.
It isn't only Trump but any consrrvative who threatens the leftist agenda.

Yes, I shared Pat's view of Trump. But I worked in DC and knew all the gossip and details. I'd had the type of clearances Hillary violated, and recalled the prison sentences and large fines I was briefed on before my clearances if I ever did what she did. Also I knew details of H.'s major firing policy failures. Anything but voting for Trump was essentially a vote for Hillary.
Biden was even worse. His attitude was quoted as, "It doesn't matter what you do, as long was you tell them [the voters] what they want to hear." A totally venal politician.
Trump, in practice, turned out a lot better than I expected!

Funny Trump is offensive to her, but Biden, who falsely accused an innocent truck driver of being drunk and killing his wife and child and ruining the innocent man's life (until then after the man had died he finally admitted the man was not drunk) is not offensive to her.

The number of “Pats” out there pales in comparison to the 10’s of millions of fraudulent ballots credited to Biden - the only reason he “won”.

"Joe never considered a post party hangover - a 40 year high inflation". Wrong. He and the other socialists have a perfectly good idea of what their excesses will bring. They are not fools. They are just evil.

I had read about all the college educated females who were incensed by PDJT's personality and was surprised they didn't have a larger effect on the election. 24/7 'news' on CNN and MSNBC is what gives us the other side. Forgot to add The View does their part too.

When you contemplate a list of Trump’s accomplishments vs. those of Biden, you really need to be an idiot to vote for Biden. Personalities don’t matter nearly as much as achievements.

Ah, yes! Delicate ears! Spend some time in the military, work on the loading docks, work in the building trades, construction, logging, driving 18 wheelers, etc., etc.,etc...delicate ears would be burning yet these people built and continue to build America.
Trump speaks that language because he's been involved in planning and construction of one type or another his whole adult life. You never have to fear you don't know where you stand with him, what he thinks or what he expects from you. It's actually a good thing!
More people should try it!

Boy, can I relate. I have two neighbors, love them to death, and a person would be hard-pressed to find two more caring individuals but Trump sends them over the edge. They have lost tens of thousands of dollars, whine about it, but can’t make the connection between Trump’s economics and the disaster Biden has dropped on the country. I find that lack of understanding incomprehensible. Trying to explain economic policy to them is hopeless. Did I mention both of them are graduates of Columbia?

Pat, and those like her, are the same people who, in 1992, claimed that character didn’t matter in a president. That Clinton was a philandering horn dog credibly accused of rape and other forms of sexual assault didn’t matter in the least.

Thank you fellow posters for some excellent posts. When people criticized Trump's personality I'd always say he's a New Yorker, brash, loud and obnoxious, what do you expect (he's not obnoxious to me) and that kind of ended the conversation. The best president ever!

Yet, if Trump was a democrat, his abrasive behavior wouldn't matter. Also, if he was a democrat, the mainstream media would see to it that he came off as Joe Cool.

#6 - . His (Biden’s) attitude was quoted as, "It doesn't matter what you do, as long was you tell them [the voters] what they want to hear."
That has been my observation from way outside D.C. He has become ever more bold with outrageous statements that obviously defy truth and reality. Perhaps he does say what some people want to hear, but how blind, gullible, or inconceivably unaware does one have to be to believe it in the face of reality?
As to hatred of Trump and Trump’s personality, I’m reminded of persons who are faced with dire health issues, but refusing to consider choosing an unquestionably skilled physician, or surgeon, with a proven record of success because they don’t like his “bedside manner”. Completely illogical to me.

The only liberal friend I know that I talk often with is exactly like Pat except male. He actually touts Trump is a mean bully, mean tweeter and uncouth. He also believes that Jan6 was an insurrection riot. He was living well when Trump was President with cheap gasoline to dump in his exotic sports car and retirement but never will give credit to Trump for it. I guess he voted for Biden and if Trump is nominated a second time my friend will vote for Harris, Buttigieg or any other commie democrat but not Donald Trump who can help everyone. BTW my friend lives in the border state of Arizona and voted against Kari Lake when I mentioned her once, the reason, she was mean like Donald Trump. My friend doesn't think the election was stolen in his state so I guess democrats can do no wrong to a liberal. There are plenty of Pats out there.

Donald Trump is the best President we have had. Kept the engine of prosperity running. No new wars. With Biden and the Uniparty we are at war with Russia, have inflation and shrinking 401ks. I like the way Trump speaks, for I understand what he says and know he keeps his promises.

I am late to these comments but look at the women that turned out to vote for Frau Whitmer, braindead Fetterman and the scammer Warnock because abortion because it wasn't paid for was now totally illegal? Can't afford groceries and we are about to get in a major war but by golly I am 50 years old and don't take away a free abortion I will never have. MORONS!
