Southwest Airlines has been struggling with a major performance fail since before the Christmas weekend, and Democrat officials are doing what they do best: posturing, sniping, and wasting executives’ and labor leaders’ time when they really need to be focused on operations. A massive winter storm swept across the country just ahead of the holiday, tangling travel plans and canceling flights. Southwest accounted for more domestic cancellations than all other airlines combined. Besides the challenging weather conditions, Southwest was already grappling with outdated scheduling software, “tripledemic”-caused staffing shortages, federally mandated work limits on an already reduced workforce, and a challenging schedule of short flights with fast turnarounds. You mean Butt Pete is actually working this week, and not on another vacation? Can Butt Pete solve the airline mess? He couldn't fill pot holes, so how do you think he can fix the airline industry? Butt Pete has his head firmly entrenched up his rectum, so his navel vision is somewhat limited. He can't fix it but he can totally fubar it.

I noticed that Pete was in front of a blue screen every time he was interviewed this past week. Is he on vacation again? Pete is clueless about the airlines as he probably just orders up a government jet for him, Chasten, and the brought babies and flies wherever he wants. He doesn't need to wait in line at the airports or worry about flight schedules. As for the trains, he is just as clueless. If only there were a bike path crisis, he might be semi qualified to discuss that.

You probably don’t need me or anyone else to tell you that 2022 was a brutal year for your stock portfolio. If you were planning to retire in 2023, you may want to put it off, as it may be a while before your retirement fund recovers. It turns out that 2022 was the worst year for the stock market since 2008. You remember the financial collapse in 2008, right? In 2022, the S&P 500 lost 19.44%, the DOW lost 8.78%, and the NASDAQ lost 33.10%. Let’s go Brandon! Last year, Joe Biden was quick to take credit for any positive economic news (which was really the result of the economy

Don’t count on seeing electric garbage trucks plowing snow from city streets any time soon. The city Department of Sanitation's goals to become carbon neutral are clashing with the limits of electric-powered vehicles. The department aims to switch all 6,000 vehicles in its fleet from gas to electric as part of the state’s goal to reduce emissions by 2040. But city officials say they haven’t found electric garbage trucks that are powerful enough to plow snow. The department has ordered seven electric rear loader garbage trucks, custom-made by Mack and costing more than $523,000 each, with delivery slated for the spring. Used for curbside trash collection, the department’s current rear loader

Moscow police have warned against taking information from any source other than official channels due to the massive amounts of misinformation that have been circulating since the murders happened. If, however, CNN’s source is correct, it could explain why the FBI was tailing Kohberger for four days before an

The dust of the 2022 midterm contests has barely settled and Democrats — invigorated by the Red Wave that evaporated under extended lax voting policies — are out to make sweeping changes to our nation’s election laws once again. Think back to 2020, when Democratic governors and unsuspecting Republican lawmakers made unprecedented changes to state election policies in the name of Covid that included mandating universal mail-in balloting and a month of early voting. Some states have kept these changes permanently. But Democrats are not satisfied, and why should they be? With their gubernatorial power retained (they kept all but one of the governor’s offices) and newfound control of

German researchers who purchased biometric capture devices on eBay found sensitive US military data stored on their memory cards, The New York Times has reported. That included fingerprints, iris scans, photographs, names and descriptions of the individuals, mostly from Iraq and Afghanistan. Many worked with the US army and could be targeted if the devices fell into the wrong hands, according to the report. They cost under $200. Where did it come from before eBay? That’s a good question. And officially there’s no answer. But one seems to have come most recently from Afghanistan. Metadata

Starting Jan. 1, many Americans will qualify for a tax credit of up to $7,500 for buying an electric vehicle. The credit, part of changes enacted in the Inflation Reduction Act, is designed to spur EV sales and reduce greenhouse emissions. But a complex web of requirements, including where vehicles and batteries must be manufactured to qualify, is casting doubt on whether anyone can receive the full $7,500 credit next year. For at least the first two months of 2023, though, a delay in the Treasury Department’s rules for the new benefit will likely make the full credit temporarily available to consumers who meet certain income and price limits.

It was the first time Congress had ever obtained and released the federal tax returns of a private individual. Democrats claimed that they needed the returns as they considered future tax legislation. On Friday, the committee released six years of Trump’s returns, from 2015 through 2020. While they revealed little that was noteworthy, other than some debatable
