Martha Louis Menefield, of Valley was released on bond, according to a statement from Valley Police Chief Mike Reynolds.
“When contact could not be made, a door hanger was left at her residence,” Mike Reynolds said. “The hanger contained information on the reason for the visit and a name and contact phone number for her to call. The citation advised Ms. Menefield that she was to appear in court on September 7, 2022, in reference to this case.”

Climate activists have glued themselves to 100 million dollar paintings and encased their feet in concrete to bring attention to their lunacy. Activists also sit in the middle of roads and freeways, illogically concluding that if only they inconvenienced and p****d off thousands of commuters suddenly their message would be received like the word of God and people would hug them, and the climate would turn into a Hallmark movie.
They do these nonsensical and silly acts of civil disobedience exclusively in first-world western nations that are, to some extent, willing to tolerate their silliness.

A Christmas parade planned for Saturday in Kentucky has been canceled after authorities received threats directed at protesters of an Emmett Till rally on the same day.
The annual Jaycees Christmas Parade in Bowling Green, Kentucky was canceled out of an "abundance of caution," according to a statement. The Mistletoe Market, also in Bowling Green, was canceled on Saturday as well.
At least three groups planned to protest simultaneously at the Justice Center in the city Saturday afternoon, according to a joint statement from the Bowling Green Police Department and the Warren County Sheriff's Office. (Snip) Carolyn Bryant Donham, now 89, lives in Bowling Green,

With the news being so dominated by Elon Musk news, how about a little Saturday palate cleanser?
Jordan Peterson, who recently had his Twitter account restored after being banned for questioning transgender ideology, has become one of the more prominent thinkers on the right, though he himself does not come from a conservative background. For years, Peterson has made the rounds as a university speaker, with an emphasis on helping young men, and now he’s sharing exactly how he avoids the rabid leftwing protesters who label him a “Nazi.”
It manages to be both hilarious and brilliant. [Video]

Under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Canada's government is coming for people’s firearms. There will be a mass gun confiscation program, as his administration banned some 1,500 firearms with a freeze on handgun sales for the time being. Gun control advocates up north have long advocated for a handgun ban, which could be the next step amid Trudeau’s anti-gun crusade. (Snip) Now, fresh off an election win, it’s a mandatory act, though some provinces will not assist in the effort. Trudeau’s gun seizure agenda has led to a further straining of relationships between the capital, Ottawa, and the rest of the country it would seem

Netflix’s teaser trailer for its upcoming docuseries about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry is getting trashed on YouTube, garnering more than 100,000 “thumbs down” reactions compared to just 15,000 “thumbs up” just one day after being uploaded. Commenters are also mercilessly roasting the trailer, with one user saying it “makes me respect Kate and William so much.”
The streamer dropped the trailer for Harry & Meghan on Thursday but has yet to announce a release date for the long-in-the-works series. The teaser, which has already been viewed 2.5 million times on YouTube, begins with a series of black-and-white still shots of the Sussexes set to dramatic music

Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Dak Prescott has always proven himself to be a man of strong character and proved it once again in his response to criticism from NBA player LeBron James.
The “criticism” in question came from a Washington Post article that showed a picture from North Little Rock High School in Arkansas from 1957. The moment captured was when six black students attempted to enter the school after enrolling and were blocked by a group of white students. In the background, a young Jerry Jones can be seen looking on.
Jones claims that he was simply there as an onlooker, but this hasn’t flown with people like LeBron James.

We’ve been hearing some bombshell revelations as a result of the files released by Twitter owner Elon Musk showing the prior suppression of free speech.
The files showed the Biden team was asking to have people suspended, including regarding people who were posting information that had been found on the Hunter Biden laptop. [Tweet]
Then as I reported earlier, one of the people they went after was actor James Woods who had posted a picture on Oct. 24, 2020, that looked like it was Hunter Biden smoking drugs. The files released by Musk show that the DNC contacted Twitter to take action against Woods. [Tweet]

On Thursday night, supporters of the Capitol Hill Crisis Pregnancy Center gathered in D.C. for the organization’s annual banquet. During a speech by Executive Director Janet Durig, there was, shall we say, an interruption by those for whom babies being born alive is as unwelcome a prospect as a broken bone. Or grown-up behavior.
According to a report in the Daily Caller, abortion enthusiasts suddenly rose from their seats and began to shout “Abortion is forever, mother****r.” and “You have blood on your hands.” Another troglodyte shouted, “You are judging those who are attempting to receive medical healthcare. That is blood on your f*****g hands,

The Swiss government announced its plan to deal with expected energy shortfalls this winter, and it sounds like a lot of fun — provided you’re a shut-in who likes reading by candlelight under multiple blankets.
The alpine country — one of the wealthiest in the world — will severely restrict electric vehicles from its roads, according to a Daily Mail report. If the country runs out of power, EVs won’t be allowed out for anything but “essential” travel.
But the restrictions don’t end there.
The contingency plan calls for three levels of energy rationing.
Under the least extreme, most buildings would be limited to 20C (68F)

Maryland Republican Gov. Larry Hogan, unable to run for another term due to term limits, is holding two fundraisers on Wednesday to look for support and fund future political activity amid speculation of a possible 2024 presidential bid.
Hogan, looking to position himself as an “alternative” to former President Donald Trump, has two fundraisers scheduled for Wednesday at a hotel and casino outside Maryland’s state capital.
One of the events is supposed to launch his political action committee, Better Path Forward, while the other is to be held for his political organization, An America United, according to the organization’s executive director David Weinman.
