"I embellish for impact. You are a fabulist. He is a bald-faced liar.” Versions of this emotive, or “irregular,” conjugative form were made famous by the BBC comedy “Yes, Minister/Prime Minister,” a show that to this day offers a clearer view of political reality than, well, anything else ever. Usually, this technique is deployed to cover one’s own odd actions while simultaneously trashing another person (not in the room) for acting the same way; for example, to quote the show: “I have an independent mind, you are eccentric, he is round the twist.” But now, thanks to the Washington Post

the stiff arms, the emu posture, the shuffling gait, and the aphasia, all point towards Parkinson syndrome. Parkinson Dementia is part of the package. The peculiar bruises on Jo's hand may be because when the blood draw was attempted inside the elbow, the vein collapsed, so the back of the hand was the alternative site for the needle. We are looking at a man who is old, feeble, in substantial mental and physical decline. It is not a pretty picture, and I have to wonder what foreign leaders are thinking.

Biden may be a gaffe machine, thereby accumulating some gentle laughs, but he is also a stubborn, nasty, hair sniffing DISHONEST man with a family raking in $$$$$ from the bad guys....with $ aside for the Big Guy, obviously, but also Hunter paying Joe's home bills, thereby hioding more $ accrued. He is a compromised President---that is the real issue!!!!!! China (and Russia and Iran and God knows who else) not only find him a laughing stock but a major ASSET!

Biden is a big time malfunctioning political machine and has been the same during his long DC corrupt liberal Democrat “UniParty” career. It appears from Obama’s reported past comments regarding Biden that Obama has known that for a longtime. So the question is, why did Obama Select Biden as his Vice-President twice?

Does anyone think the clowns running the show, fbho, klain, jarrett, rice, and monico give a crap about this guy or what he says? I don't. I think they are good with his addled antics, they ignore and go about destroying our great country. I'm sure fbho lost kind of a bet to make him come out from behind the curtain to meet with the little people, who are so beneith his grandness, to stump for the libs. I do a kick out of the upwardly mobile youth who think they are some cool insider, working with the prez, that have to babysit him, run after him squawking both directions to him, and orders to the lame media. Sounds like a fun job (not) that their friends think is impressive.

Among the many different issues that roiled the electorate in this 2022 midterm-election cycle, perhaps none had as large an impact as illegal immigration. On this issue, American voters remain fed up with the status quo and want major changes made, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. Given the more than 500% increase in illegal crossings in the last five years, we asked poll respondents shortly before the election what should be done about the “costly disruption of border cities, human trafficking, higher crime and suspected terrorists crossing the border.” One answer stood out as unworkable to the 1,359 voters who answered the online I&/TIPP Poll,

The anticipated red tsunami didn’t hit the U.S. in the midterm elections, which is a disappointment. Even so, beginning next year the Republicans will probably have a majority in the House and likely 50 lawmakers or, possibly, even a slight majority of 51 in the Senate. If what the Democrats and their propagandists in the media have been saying for years is correct, we’ve now entered America’s fascist stage. It’s a lie, of course, but let’s play along and take a look at what to expect from this coming regime of “fascism.”

"The Red Wave.” If you’ve been watching Fox News and frequenting conservative websites the last few weeks (and this commentator admits he does more than his share of both), you were hearing how Republicans were going to have another one of those massive 2010-style seat pickups in the House. Win 56 seats in the Senate. Celebrate upsets in Michigan and even New York governors’ mansions. Yeah, right. Fox News commentators (yeah, doing it again) in the wee hours of Wednesday morning were struggling to justify salvaging at least a “Red Ripple.” Turned out to be a Red Puddle. Of blood.

The Democrats and their media accomplices keep telling us the Republicans are the fascists and autocrats hungry for power. But just the opposite is true. The Democrats themselves made it clear during the pandemic that they are the party of authoritarianism. In the spring of 2020, this country went into a lockdown. As Jeffrey Tucker of the Brownstone Institute has noted, government officials canceled public worship services, segregated the large cities, abolished in-person education, foisted masks on all the kids, destroyed millions of businesses, and censored speech

You experience what Homer Simpson described as “that sweet couple of seconds before I remember why I’m sleeping on the lawn.” You feel around and breathe a sigh of relief that you are still indoors, slowly open one eye, see your spouse glaring at you, and it all floods back. You had too much fun last night. Sleepy Joe Biden may have trouble shuffling onto, and especially off of, a stage. But at the podium at Union Station Wednesday last, America’s counterfeit chief executive managed a nifty little two-step that made it official: Grand Theft Election II is coming to a polling place near you. Step One: Dredge up the Meticulously Concocted “Big Lie” Narrative. As previously highlighted on these pages, the January 6 show trials on Capitol Hill and before hanging judges in D.C. courts bundled hyperbole and one-sided testimony into a fabulist storyline: that an infuriated President Trump and disparate collaborators executed a massive and unlawful conspiracy,

The closer we got to the midterm elections, the more desperate Democrats have been to either downplay the crime wave or blame it all on Republicans. But it turns out that the FBI has been making it more difficult to get accurate crime data as well. For months, Democrats and the press have argued that crime isn’t as bad as it’s being made to seem and that Republicans are sensationalizing it to scare voters. “If it’s the fall of a year ending in an even number, you can be pretty sure Republicans will try to scare you with paranoia

Benjamin Franklin was a prodigious inventor. He created devices to fulfill a need or desire. We find nothing strange about this today, it is a classic description of how the marketplace operates. We forget that in Europe, before and during colonial times, there was an upper class and commoners. The upper class was made of owners who made the rules, the commoners were workers who obeyed the rules. If there was a need to be fulfilled the ruling class made that decision. Commoners stayed desperately poor. The wilderness of America changed this hierarchy.

David Strom at Hot Air noticed something in the Democrats’ campaign messaging as the midterm elections draw near. Namely, the emergence of a talking point about how if Republicans win control of Congress they will “crash the economy.” There’s only one reason to say this. Democrats know they’ve set the economy on course to crash and they’re hoping to blame Republicans when it does. Describing Republicans as a threat to democracy hasn’t swayed voters, and not for lack of trying. President Biden gave a speech on Wednesday once again accusing Republicans of this crime. His party has only lost support despite two years of pushing this line.

Turn on the television, listen to the radio, or take a stroll through the internet. Democrats and their media confederates are busy dishing out the nonsense in helpings large enough to choke a giant. Either they are intentionally trying to deceive, or they are extraordinarily puerile. Or both. There are no other possibilities. To listen to the Democrats as they go begging for votes, to consume the tripe that their helpers in the press are putting out, one would think the Republicans are fascist white supremacists who will kill democracy while setting up themselves in a permanent position of unchallengeable power.

With the 2022 midterm elections less than a week away, it’s easy to be obsessed with the outcome of the vote. If recent polls are correct, this will be a “red wave” election in which Congress is returned to GOP control. But there’s another “red wave”: The one that’s washing over the Big Media and Social Media. Along with jokingly calling himself the “Chief Twit,” he promises major changes at the popular social-messaging site, with a total of 1.3 billion accounts

Pennsylvania Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman was winning the outstanding in-person and absentee votes in Philadelphia and in a suburban county. That meant essentially that most of Dr. Mehmet Oz’s votes had been counted and allowed the Associated Press to call the race early Wednesday for Fetterman. At times early in the cycle, it seemed Fetterman would run away with the election after handily defeating his primary opponents, but Oz tightened the race, attacking Fetterman as soft on crime and relentlessly questioning whether his Democratic counterpart was fit to serve after he suffered a stroke in May.

I have been pretty clear about my take on election fraud: it happens. How could it not? There is fraud in every aspect of human life, and we generally take precautions to minimize it. In elections? Not so much. It also rarely makes much of a difference, because committing massive fraud is difficult, requires the cooperation of significant numbers of people to pull off, and when it matters a lot the lawyers get involved. I think it happens a lot more than Democrats are willing to admit, but I also think it affects the outcomes of elections a lot fewer times than many Republicans suppose. It is a marginal
