The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday sided with an argument made by Republicans in their lawsuit seeking to prevent the counting of improperly completed ballots in next week's general election, throwing out a lower court's ruling that would have allowed PA election officials to count absentee and mail-in ballots that were not correctly dated and signed.
PA's Supreme Court justices vacated the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals' decision that would have allowed the counting of ballots that were not completed as the Keystone State election laws require, and ruled that the "Pennsylvania county boards of elections are hereby ordered to refrain from counting

That means nothing to the dems. They’ll count them anyway after they send the poll watchers home.

I like the result but am puzzled as to how any state supreme court "vacates" an order of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Depending on the result of the Official Count, they'll be "segregated" just long enough for an ad blitz and a ruling from a friendly judge.
Or they are already stripped of their outer envelopes and mixed in with valid votes (all in their inner envelopes) because in accordance with the "guidelines".

Get ready. AZ mail in ballots do NOT have to be dated to be tabulated.
This is the official answer to my query to the Secretary of State a few days ago:
Election law makes no reference to a date as a requirement in order for a ballot by mail to be tabulated [A.R.S. § 16-547].
Can you see a nightmare scenario ahead?

One would hope that states would be tightening rules to make sure that proper ballots are counted and improper ones are not. It is the fault of the state if they lack such requirements. Strongly dem states are obvious NOT Interested in fair elections but the other states should be reviewing and tightening their requirements, which some have.

I agree with #7. Democrats NEVER follow Supreme Court rulings that aren't in their favor and do what they want because laws are for the meek and timid.

I, too, don't understand the 3rd circuit being over ruled by a state court. The article is poorly written.
The Chief Justice of the Pa Supreme Court, Max Baer (yes, a relative of Max Baer the boxer) died. There is now a 4-2 liberal majority instead of 5-2.
In 2020, the former Secretary of th Commonwealth ignored Alito's order to keep provisional ballots segregated.
This new Acting Secretary seems to be doing the same thing with court orders and decisions.
No legal action was taken against the former Secretary, so...And this Secretary mistakenly sent out 250,000 ballots which were unverified, so...

Wouldn't it be great if they would actually FOLLOW THE LAW?
At this point in time, I doubt that they will do that and there will be no consequences for breaking the law....

The question is when the demons do what they want and ignore the law, what will the Republicans do about it? We're just as bad at tucking our tails and running as the demons are at disobeying the law and cheating to win by any means necessary.

The pill watchers will not “go home” this time. They learned their lesson well last time and look where it got us.

Calling All Moms:
Take your oldest child/grandchild to Poll Watch at 6:45pm with you and after you vote, stay and observe the vote counting. Tallies must be signed, secured and zipped into locked orange bag to go immediately to the county clerk.
Have another group of friends observing at the County Clerk office. Try to phone video if you can. They can tell you the numbers, take a picture.
If everyone here who is able got involved locally, now and before ‘24, [and we get rid of machines] and 1) ID current and valid, 2) with paper ballots, and 3) ballots counted by hand and then secured, there is [much less room for] no fraud.

The cheating is natural to democrats...here in Illinois my darling husband...who passed ten years ago...voted for biden...dead men and women voting is how democrats control the crime infested blue cities...and have control of Springfield....remember President Trump's words...WE must vote in numbers so big they cannot steal this election....like they did in 2020...
