President Joe Biden gave an address on Sunday to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Phoenix Awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., in which he declared that “no one ever doubts that I mean what I say.”
Biden made the remark in the context of his discussing Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson—whom he had nominated—taking her place on the Supreme Court. (Video) “Look at what we witnessed yesterday,” Biden said. “I told you all I was going to appoint a Black woman to the Supreme Court, and we did.
“The first—not only the first Black Vice President, but the first member of the—Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States of America,”

Journalists (and other Democrats) are pouncing and seizing on the leaked excerpts from Confidence Man, the forthcoming book about former president Donald Trump by New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman. (snip) Days after the 2020 election, which Trump had come to suspect had been rigged by a secret cabal of deep-state operatives, an envelope appeared on the Resolute desk. The president noticed it one day while drinking a Diet Coke and thinking about all the documents he wanted to declassify. Inside was a piece of paper certifying the birth of "Barack Hussein Obama II" at Mombassa Hospital in Kenya on August 4, 1961.

President Joe Biden told Al Sharpton in a private conversation that he will seek a second term in office and run for president again in 2024, NBC News reported.
Biden reportedly told Sharpton of his plans to seek a second term in early September at the end of a meeting with leaders from the nation’s top civil rights organizations.
As NBC reported:
“I’m going to do it again,” Biden said as he posed for a photograph in the Roosevelt Room with Sharpton, who is also an MSNBC host, according to an official of Sharpton’s National Action Network who recounted Sharpton’s description. “I’m going.”

Medical school was once aimed at applying scientific knowledge to treat the sick and injured. But these days, we’re told society itself is sick, and it must be healed by the elixir of enlightenment. Therefore, devoted future doctors in Minnesota are pledging to wokeness and a complete righting of the world’s wrongs.

What arguably stands out most is the group’s denouncement of science. Western medicine only has value if it’s the correct approach to physical health.

The left is thrilled with what they heard during the second day of oral arguments in the Supreme Court term from new justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson.
The case that was getting a lot of attention was an Alabama gerrymandering case, which they were claiming involved racial discrimination in voting policies, and therefore, was a violation of the Voting Rights Act.
The redrawn map had one majority Black district out of seven, even though Black voters account for 27 percent of the state’s voting population. The Court of Appeals ordered them to redraw the map, which likely would have helped the Democrats. But the Supreme Court took the case,

Earth’s climate is always changing. But despite the warming hysterics’ wild claims, it’s not changing at an alarming rate. Remember, when they cite United Nations reports warning of soaring temperatures and rising sea levels, the projections cover many decades, not just a few years. Of course there was a moment when the climate did change rapidly. It was so long ago, though, none of us can remember it.
Yet it happened. Many centuries before the first oil well was drilled. Almost 1,500 years ago.
The foundation of the global warming obsession on the left is largely based on U.N. predictions

After decades of speculation surrounding her sexuality, Scooby-Doo's Velma Dinkley has finally been confirmed as lesbian in the latest animated film Trick or Treat Scooby-Doo! Clips from the new flick show Velma crushing on a new female love interest named Coco Diablo.
The move comes two years after James Gunn, who penned the live-action Scooby-Doo films, revealed he wrote Velma as 'explicitly gay' before it was 'watered down' by the studio and ultimately removed. Velma is shown becoming instantly infatuated by Coco when she first meets the glamorous woman. In the clip, Velma stops in her tracks at the sight of Coco before blushing profusely.

It has been five years since Stephen Paddock stashed an arsenal of weapons in his Las Vegas hotel room and began spraying outdoor concertgoers with more than a thousand rounds of rifle fire, killing 58 people and wounding 869. Since the Oct. 1, 2017, massacre, there’s been neither an official nor satisfactory explanation for why Paddock took his assorted rifles and shot those country music fans. But now, an FBI whistleblower believes he has the motive. Las Vegas Police issued a 138-page report on the shooting yet kicked over to the FBI and their experts

Three of the nation’s leading medical associations asked President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate and prosecute journalists and parents who are concerned with hospitals and physicians who provide transgender surgeries to minors. Get a load of the ingratitude from leaders of the nation he helped with his Starlink internet connection back when they badly needed that help: (Snip for tweet) Eeew. What kind of a reply is that?
All the Ukrainian diplomat had to do was say 'bad idea' or 'won't work,' or 'too late for that now,' or he didn't like it. He didn't have to go all foul-mouthed and ad hominem, using toilet-mouthed language, especially against someone who materially came to his nation's aid at a critical time.
But he did.

WASHINGTON - U.S. President Joe Biden's public approval rating edged lower this week and was close to the lowest level of his presidency, with just five weeks to go before the Nov. 8 midterm elections, a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll completed on Tuesday found. The two-day national poll found that 40% of Americans approve of Biden's job performance, down from 41% a week earlier. The president's sagging popularity, which drifted as low as 36% in May and June, has helped drive expectations that his Democratic Party will lose control of the U.S. House of Representatives in November, and possibly the Senate

Chris Cuomo has returned to the airwaves for the first time since he was ousted from CNN, insisting that he has 'learnt lessons' from his ignominious departure, and promising to counter 'groupthink.'
'This show will be topical, but it won't be typical,' said Cuomo, 52, in what was seen as a thinly-veiled dig at his former employer.
'I'm not going to follow the pack - I'm here to expose the game.'
Cuomo was fired from CNN in December 2021 after it emerged that he had been secretly advising his brother Andrew, the then-governor of New York, on media strategy when he was confronted with allegations of sexual harassment.
