The Chinese government targeted scientists at the Los Alamos nuclear laboratory for recruitment, with more than 160 researchers returning to China over more than three decades to help nuclear and other advanced weapons programs there, according to a new report by a private security and intelligence firm. According to the report released Thursday by Strider Technologies, between 1987 and 2021, an estimated 162 scientists who once worked at Los Alamos returned home to China and took part in a variety of domestic research and development programs. “Former Los Alamos scientists have made, and continue to make, considerable contributions to the PRC hypersonic, missile and submarine programs that present an array

Our enemies develop weapons using technology the USA deliberately allows to be stolen, and then the American people fund newer generations of weapons to keep us safe from our enemies. This is what makes us the greatest nation in the world.

The Chinese understand they are in a war which will have only one ultimate winner and victory is expected to take multiple generations of 'combatants'. They are in no hurry knowing we are lazy and foolishly naive. There are no Chinese visiting the West except to steal intellectual property and they are very experienced in doing so. We are idiots to be so careless with our scientific research and technology.

I have an old girlfriend that worked at LANL back in the 1980s-1990s and she was complaining about this that long too. American Patriot scientists and engineers who complained about what the spies were doing were censured by the administration, and if they didn't shut up, they risked being fired and essentially blackballed so that any other government supported institution wouldn't hire them either.

If we survive this destruction of everything American, I hope we will have learned. There is a good reason all humans are suspicious of outsiders or people who are different. Our politicians directed that people with Chinese heritage, often with family member still in China could not be "discriminated against" when seeking jobs and more importantly SECURITY CLEARANCES to work at LANL. And the W80 nuclear warhead design was stolen and sent to China by one of those scientists. And now they are helping the ChiComs. NO Chinese students in US universities, no Chinese scientist in any sensitive positions in ANY US weapons development and manufacturing sites.

Re #9, you are mixing incidents. Wen Ho Lee was the LANL scientist who stole the plans for the W80 nuclear warhead and got it to the ChiComs. The Loral incident was that the ChiCom's Long March rocket system was regularly crashing. BillyJeff ordered Loral Aerospace, experts in rocket guidance systems to assist the ChiComs, make their rockets reliable, so they did. And those same Long March rockets are used as their ICBMs to deliver nuclear warheads, for example, to the USA. BillyJeff is a pure traitor, helping the ChiComs to make their ICBMs more effective and reliable.

North Korea fired a short-range ballistic missile early Sunday in a provocative move just hours before Vice President Kamala Harris departed for Asia, U.S. and South Korean military officials said. President Joe Biden’s administration is making it easier for border crossers and illegal aliens to secure American jobs after they are released into the United States interior. In 2019, former President Trump directed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to stop fast-tracking work permits for border crossers and illegal aliens who are subsequently released into American communities. The rule change made sure that border crossers and illegal aliens would need to be in the U.S. for at least a year before applying for work permits through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency.(Snip)Biden’s push to more quickly get border crossers and illegal aliens into American jobs
