A crisis can’t keep Mayor Eric Adams
from the club

Party-loving Mayor Eric Adams—who said this week that the city’s shelters are near a “breaking point” as they deal with incoming migrants—was spotted Thursday night at the highly exclusive, members-only jazz club at the newly opened Aman NY. We’re assuming he found few, if any, migrants there. “He was sitting in the center of the room with a group of people,” says a spy, who notes that founding members splashed out $100,000 to join the club. We’re told one of these people was his controversial pal, convicted money launderer Zhan “Johnny” Petrosyants. “Guess tonight there’s no migrant issue if he’s sitting at the fanciest new club,”

Comments:

Nightclubbing Mayor Dandy Dude (who has the biggest grin you ever did see) deserves every luxury afforded him. Marxist American Equity rhetoric would say that illegal aliens and refugees also should should be first in line to mingle with the glitterati and experience $3,200-a-night hotel rooms, but deep down we know these things are reserved for the Ultra 0.1% only.

The Pentagon announced it has launched a probe into one of its 'diversity' officers over the weekend, after her series of scathing posts disparaging white people on her social media resurfaced. The tweets by Kelisa Wing, an Army veteran and the current chief 'diversity, equity and inclusion' officer at the Department of Defense's Education Activity office, were first reported last week, and have since come under federal scrutiny. Fox News resurfaced the old posts, which use well-worn slang terms to mock white people include 'Karen' and 'CAUdacity'—a play on the word Caucasian—and were reportedly set to private after the outlet reached out for comment.(Snip)Perhaps most troubling,

Republican lawmakers chided President Biden on Monday for declaring the COVID-19 pandemic “over” while he’s pushing Congress to spend another $22 billion in emergency relief ahead of a looming fiscal deadline. Rep. Mary Miller of Illinois was among the GOP lawmakers citing an inconsistency between the president’s pandemic declaration on “60 Minutes” on Sunday and his emergency spending request. “Now that Biden says the pandemic is over, he should END the military COVID vax mandate and STOP making young children wear masks in Head Start!” she tweeted. Rep. Andy Biggs, Arizona Republican, said of the president’s COVID-19 request, “Inflation is through the roof because of Democrats’ reckless spending.”

The Pentagon is reportedly reviewing its information warfare operations after social media companies cracked down on a pro-American influence operation with potential ties to the U.S. government. The Department of Defense ordered its military commands engaged in psychological operations to provide a detailed accounting of their activities by next month following concerns raised by Biden administration officials, The Washington Post reported Monday. The internal examination of government psyops comes in the aftermath of Twitter and Meta cracking down on a pro-U.S. influence operation aimed at the Middle East and Central Asia that was detailed in a report from the Stanford Internet Observatory.

The US housing market is in the midst of a “deep recession” that could put pressure on the Federal Reserve to ease up on interest rate hikes, a prominent economist warned on Monday. Home builder confidence declined for the ninth straight month in September as surging mortgage rates and steep prices priced many buyers out of the market, according to the National Association of Home Builders. Builder confidence fell to its lowest level since 2014 when excluding the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, the index showed. The prolonged downturn in confidence shows the housing market has been “in a tailspin for the whole of this year,”

The battle of life calls forth three noble and healthful psychological attributes: loyalty to kin and country; honor of work that protects and promotes survival; and, most fundamental to mental health, gratitude for the gift of life itself. Spirituality is always practical, and practicality is inherently spiritual, because they share the vital functions of protecting life and promoting full humanness. Loyalty to kin and country is essential to survival. Honoring those who labor in the many aspects of service is natural justice. The foundation of mental health is the experience of gratitude for the gift of life. Gratitude is the beautiful background music of life.
