Special Counsel John Durham’s request to unseal a motion in limine pertaining to the trial of Igor Danchenko, who has been identifed as the “primary source” behind ex-British spy Christopher Steele’s dossier, has been granted.
A motion in limine is a “pretrial motion asking that certain evidence be found inadmissible, and that it not be referred to or offered at trial,” according to Cornell’s Legal Information Institute. The Special Counsel’s motion to include the evidence against Danchenko reveals that the FBI was aware of his activities as early as July 2016.
“Beginning in or about July 2016 and continuing through December 2016, the FBI began receiving a series of reports

More of the truth that this was a criminal conspiracy to treasonously harm a sitting President is now going to be revealed.
And who will go in front of a firing squad for their treason? So far no one has been given any significant punishment. NO ONE.

Good grief this investigation moves slow!!! The lying Dems will have Trump arrested and serving time before we see anything out of the Durham probe. And make no mistake, they will indict Trump.

I expect to see President Trump arrested, tried and placed in Supermax prison before Mr Durham and his slow-poke lawyers ever find their way near a courthouse, much less a courtroom.
They couldn't find either with GPS, a guide dog and a map.

Never in my lifetime has a Republican investigation yielded the punishment rightfully due lawbreaking corrupt Federal employees. We endured teasers from Barr’s DOJ too -for two long years. Wake me when big very bad guys are arrested.

I see we are of one accord here this morning. Absolutely no faith that the guilty will be punished. It is such a sad commentary on the state of justice in this country. However, anyone would be a fool to expect the government to punish its own. That town is a cesspool of corruption and I believe most everyone there is in on it and those who do not actively participate know exactly what is going on and keep their heads down and their mouths shut. Our government does not have the integrity to function within the law. It is a lawless entity run by morally bankrupt people.

I said years ago nothing would come from this guy. We're already halfway through Brandon's term and he's still plodding along. There is no *BOOM* or "we got them!" coming. There never was. The federal system was taken over by America hating uniparty leftists a long time ago. You will NEVER see real justice.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to me how many years this investigation is taking. Between this and the Hunter Biden investigation, I have to believe they’re intentionally slow-walking the results.

Poster #4 - - Please read my post on the other Durham thread.
Danchenko will be forbidden to eat at a Golden Corral for three years - - and he'll get a lifetime ban from watching any Ben Affleck movie.
If that isn't brutal punishment - - then what is?

Just plain 'hogwash'. Nothing is going to happen to anyone and Durham doesn't exist.

I don't think any of US think there will be punishment...but the facts coming out and the truth on the table is a good step...WE know crooked hillary and her henchman pedophile podesta were the culprits ...along with the fake media and the pentagon/general milk/toast milley....

The creep who appointed him, low life Barr is suddenly speedy Conzalez the way he races from one TV blabber station to the next. But I assume traitor Barr knew who he as appointing.... we will all be in our graves when the snail finally comes up with a 'solution' or some sort of 'discovery'!!!

I got a question. Sounds like Danchenko should have a pretty good idea where the bodies are buried (a saying I use with caution when talking about anything to do with the Clintons).
I guess it hasn't hit Durham and his group of the world's slowest and laziest lawyers to maybe think of getting Danchenko to turn on his FBI and DNC handlers.
Oops. Silly me.
