Trump's ex-lawyer Alan Dershowitz says
the DOJ has 'enough evidence to indict'

Alan Dershowitz said the Justice Department has 'enough evidence to indict Trump,' but won't do so, because it's not worse than Hillary Clinton’s handling of State Department emails. The former lawyer for both Jeffrey Epstein and President Trump based his claim on what he calls the 'Nixon-Clinton standards.' He said that the Justice Department won't indict the former president because 'the case has to be so overwhelmingly strong that even Republicans support it' — as was the case with Nixon — and has to be 'more serious than Clinton’s case,' who was not criminally prosecuted.

So says Alan Dershowitz, lawyer for OJ Simpson, and friend of Jeffrey Epstein. I don't trust him at all. Why do the producers at Fox News keep asking him on?

I'm not lawyer but from what we've seen for the past 6 years, I'm pretty sure if they had the goods on Trump, he'd already be in jail. I suspect they might have something they could get to court but in doing so would expose themselves to more trouble than Trump would be in.

If the Archive gods get in such a panic about these documents then WHY are the Presidents allowed to leave with them? Let Archive take them all and let the President go to them and pick out what he wants. Then the god of the Archive will forever be in charge. and happy-until the dems are in charge and then it is OK to take them.

What about the 0bama standard? He carted off 30 million pages of documents which required trucks to transport them and stored them in a warehouse in Chicago. Does anyone believe that there are no classified documents in that horde? Is that warehouse any safer than the double locked room at Mar-a-Lago? PDT will not be indicted for the simple reason that he would then be entitled to “discovery” during which he could take down the entire Deep State.

Wow, he sure did flip fast. Hey Dersh, we know you had a number of visits to Epstein's NYC mansion to in your words, 'get a massage'. You admitted as much last year. Are you being blackmailed about that? Think about this one Spanky. If it hurt Trump, they would not ever have redacted that affidavit so heavily. They are covering their own keisters here and they know they have nothing. But Trump has video and that has them in a total panic.

Never Trump's Pursuit of Donald Trump
Takes a Dark Turn

The pursuit of Donald Trump continues apace by those who fancy themselves as Never Trump. Per RedState’s Sunday prior reporting, Adam Kinzinger recently did the one thing that makes him feel relevant by appearing on Meet the Press. What followed was a ridiculous diatribe accusing Republicans of hypocrisy for wanting Hillary Clinton charged but not Donald Trump regarding the handling of classified information. Putting aside that Trump was president and had the power of declassification, do you see how the game works? The rules get changed in order to protect a Democrat, but instead of abiding by that new standard, Republicans are expected to play under the old rules.

The countdown clock for NASA's Artemis I mission is on hold at T-minus 40 minutes due two several issues that threaten the launch of the world's most powerful space rocket to the moon. One of the Space Launch System's (SLS) engines is struggling to get to the proper temperature, while engineers are assessing what appears to be a crack on the core stage of the $22 billion rocket. Derrol Nail, the NASA launch commentator, said that the line of frost on the outside of the core stage appeared to be the result of a crack in the insulating foam, not the underlying 'intertank flange.'

The first Moon rocket launched by NASA in five decades is expected to take off Monday morning from the Kennedy Space Center on Florida's coast that will be watched by Vice President Kamala Harris. Launch teams spent a final full day of preparations ahead of the planned liftoff of NASA's giant next-generation Artemis I rocket on its debut test flight, kicking off the agency's moon-to-Mars program 50 years after the end of Apollo. NASA officials said on Sunday that all systems appeared 'go' for liftoff, and weather forecasts called for an 80 percent chance of favorable conditions at the top of Monday's two-hour launch window, starting at 8:33am ET,

Back before the bad orange man did bad orange things and scrambled the brains of everyone working within the beltway, the FBI used to actually solve crimes and handle real threats to American national security.
