Alan Dershowitz said the Justice Department has 'enough evidence to indict Trump,' but won't do so, because it's not worse than Hillary Clinton’s handling of State Department emails.
The former lawyer for both Jeffrey Epstein and President Trump based his claim on what he calls the 'Nixon-Clinton standards.'
He said that the Justice Department won't indict the former president because 'the case has to be so overwhelmingly strong that even Republicans support it' — as was the case with Nixon — and has to be 'more serious than Clinton’s case,' who was not criminally prosecuted.

It would be great to see a list of the passengers on Epstein’s Lolita Express.

So says Alan Dershowitz, lawyer for OJ Simpson, and friend of Jeffrey Epstein. I don't trust him at all. Why do the producers at Fox News keep asking him on?

I'm not lawyer but from what we've seen for the past 6 years, I'm pretty sure if they had the goods on Trump, he'd already be in jail. I suspect they might have something they could get to court but in doing so would expose themselves to more trouble than Trump would be in.

If the Archive gods get in such a panic about these documents then WHY are the Presidents allowed to leave with them? Let Archive take them all and let the President go to them and pick out what he wants. Then the god of the Archive will forever be in charge. and happy-until the dems are in charge and then it is OK to take them.

Dershie has felt alone and useless - - once the lefties stopped inviting him to their cocktail parties.
This is what he has to do - - to get those invites flowing again.

Dershowitz, in my opinion, is blowing smoke out of his nether region in order to please his fellow travelers.

What about the 0bama standard? He carted off 30 million pages of documents which required trucks to transport them and stored them in a warehouse in Chicago. Does anyone believe that there are no classified documents in that horde? Is that warehouse any safer than the double locked room at Mar-a-Lago?
PDT will not be indicted for the simple reason that he would then be entitled to “discovery” during which he could take down the entire Deep State.

If they have any evidence to indict PT it's something they planted during the raid. If they checked out Hussein the Horrible's digs they'd find his Kenyan birth certificade. Slick Willy has closets filled with dresses with various stains. When will justice come?

Wow, he sure did flip fast. Hey Dersh, we know you had a number of visits to Epstein's NYC mansion to in your words, 'get a massage'. You admitted as much last year. Are you being blackmailed about that? Think about this one Spanky. If it hurt Trump, they would not ever have redacted that affidavit so heavily. They are covering their own keisters here and they know they have nothing. But Trump has video and that has them in a total panic.

They may not "prosecute"...but they will indict if FPDT announces for '24, and give the world a perp walk for the ages.

Child prostitution/trafficking (Epstein) and blackmail are at the center of all of this. And many if not all of the the Pols/Elites are involved. It's that simple.
