Donald Trump and Elon Musk have something in common…. “It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones.” ~Machiavelli (Photo) For Elon Musk it is the organization of Twitter with 7,500 employees dedicated to ensuring he would never succeed in his takeover effort. This article should be toplined. It is the most important one you will read going forward into the elections. The Swamp is going to have to be sandblasted.

While the article nicely details the obvious, that Washington DC is a swamp of self interested and unproductive people, I would clarify the original quote and say that the system that Trump was trying to institute was not "a new system". Rather, it was an attempt to restore the original intent of the US government as a Constitutional Republic. Of course the US government has been so corrupted by liberal government, from both parties, that is totally uninterested in the the welfare of the people, that restoration of the original intent seemed to be something foreign to the existing power structure so the effect was essentially the same. The important thing to understand is that Trump was not seeking a radical outcome, which always causes people to worry and react negatively. He was reasserting the original wisdom of the founders as to how our government should work as established in the Constitution. The founders recognized the necessity of change and allowed for it, after serious debate and consideration and solid support from the States. Liberals, eager for their spoils, found that process too burdensome and, over time, corrupted the legislative and court systems to push through clearly unconstitutional changes. Trump couldn't "fix" the legislature but realized that their actions would be dead ended if the SCOTUS wasn't backing them up. Through judicial appointment of thoughtful Conservative judges, Trump made serious inroads toward fixing the federal courts. We are seeing significant results from those appointments by the restoration of the balance of authority between federal and state AND the balance between legislative responsibility and the executive bureaucratic state. These decisions envision a path that can lead to enormous changes that restore government power to the elected legislature and indirectly to the people who hold them accountable for their actions. No wonder the governmental and bureaucratic tyrants are terrified. This is not new, this is the People's government rising from the ashes. It is sad that so many of the American People don't recognize the amazing gift they have been given.

The pus is not laudable, but it must be squeezed out -- and Trump can do it -- if he can keep from being assassinated. He wasn't blind to the message of Shinzo Abe. But you can't win if you don't play. And he won't submit.

Agree w all. If you don’t read anything else, read this. In the end, when you step back and carefully consider The Swamp and truthfully define it, it is hard to figure out how it will be drained. Because of the OmniParty (Democrats and Other Democrats) who have LOTS of $$$ at stake, draining The Swamp may now be impossible. (And I never considered that foreign goobermints were in on the scam, too) Still, FPDJT is my man. And God is still on His throne… and in control.

Agree with the article, and I will vote for Trump in 2024. While the things in the article are all true, Trump fired very few people, and I wish he had fired more of them.

Former acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf slammed The Washington Post over a report that it published Thursday evening that alleged that his text messages went missing for a key period leading up to the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. The report claimed that acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli’s text messages also went missing and that the department notified its inspector general that the messages were lost in a “reset” of their government-issued phones when they departed from their positions as Democrat President Joe Biden took over.

An Oregon man believed to be behind several wildfires was reportedly tied to a tree after several citizens caught him, according to authorities. The suspect, a 30-year-old man named Trennon Smith, was reportedly walking down a remote road located near the fires when a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) employee called him in. The employee believed that Smith was starting the fires. As officials worked to battle the blazes he reportedly set, three citizens wrangled the man. When Smith became combative, the group tied him to a tree to wait for authorities.

TONOPAH, Nev.— The Nye County Commission is used to dealing with all sorts of hot-button controversies. Water rights, livestock rules and marijuana licenses are among the many local dramas that consume the time of the five commissioners in this vast swath of rural and deeply Republican Nevada. Last spring, it was something new: voting machines. For months, conspiracy theories fueled on social media by those repeating lies about former President Donald Trump’s loss in 2020 inflamed public suspicions about whether election results could be trusted. In response, the commission put a remarkable item on its agenda: Ditch the county’s voting machines and instead count every vote on every ballot —

An edit war broke out on Wikipedia this week over the definition of “recession,” as the Biden administration and the corporate media take the unprecedented step of denying the U.S. is in recession even after two consecutive quarters of negative growth. More than 70 edits to the page about recissions were made before the site locked the entry preventing further changes. The edits successfully de-emphasize the broad consensus definition of recession — two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth — instead parroting the Biden Administration’s talking points.

An out-of-control Chinese rocket booster will hurtle back to Earth on Sunday – and could hit land in populated areas, experts say. The falling space debris is the result of the Long March 5B launch on July 24 to deliver the Wentian experiment module to China's Tiangong Space Station. Weighing around 22 metric tons (about 48,500 lb), it's set to re-enter the Earth's atmosphere at 00:24 BST on Sunday, give or take 16 hours either way, according to Aerospace Corporation. The US nonprofit, which is tracking the debris, has highlighted a huge area of Earth where the debris could fall, but said it's 'still too early' to know exactly where.

The U.S. economy shrank in the spring for the second consecutive quarter, meeting the criteria for a recession as record-high inflation and higher interest rates forced consumers and businesses to pull back on spending. Gross domestic product, the broadest measure of goods and services produced across the economy, shrank by 0.9% on an annualized basis in the three-month period from April through June, the Commerce Department said in its first reading of
