Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson will finally resign today, ending an unprecedented political crisis that has paralyzed the country's government after more than 50 ministers quit and told him to go.
The British leader admitted defeat half-an-hour after a shattering intervention from Chancellor Nadhim Zahawi, who was only appointed on Tuesday night in the wake of the departure of Rishi Sunak.
Zahawi told Mr Johnson that his situation is 'not sustainable'.
Until now, Johnson had rebuffed calls by his Cabinet to step down in the wake of several ethics scandals.

I can’t think of a world leader who has been a bigger disappointment. We knew Biden was an imbecile and evil, but BoJo was supposed to be the Trump on the Thames. What a fraud he turned out to be. Good riddance.

He finally told enough lies. He knew his latest political appointee was a serial sexual predator. He lied about attending maskless parties while the rest of Britain was locked down. The list goes on..
Joe Biden, in contrast, lied about Cornpop, his wife's death at the hands of a drunk driver, the Southern border, inflation, gas prices, his appointment to the Naval Acadamy, law school ranking, arrests at civil rights marches, advising Golda Mier, visiting Nelson Mandela, covid response, blaming Putin for everything, his Chinese masters, Hunter's business deals, Ukrainian corruption, and more.
He appears to be attracted to young kids. He gropes any woman within his reach.
Still, he doesn't resign. He continues to be propped up and applauded by a sycophantic press and completely corrupt Democratic party. They lie for him.
What's it gonna take for us to finally say "Enough".

What #1 said…a huge disappointment, and that’s understating it.
So long pal.

Iraqi-born Nadhim Zahaw replaced the Indian - Rishi Sunak who resigned following Pakastani - Sajid Javid resignation. All these Chancellor of the Exchequer of Great Britain have something in common. I just can't figure out what. Oh, they are Conservatives... Riiiiiight. Sure.

I've been watching a lot of GB News on my Roku the past few days. Prayer and sympathy for our British cousins for the the 'tribulation' they are going through. They are family, and as such when they 'hurt' we also feel the pain.
Plus, we Americans are not far behind them.
"We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately." - Benjamin Franklin
Having just celebrated our Independence Day, we should remember that. All members of the British family must remember that.

And as the late, great KSFO host Lee Rodgers often said:
"Never fall in love with a politician .. they'll break your heart every time."

I haven't followed UK politics, so this comes as a surprise. I wonder why now?
P.S. Mr. Johnson, comb your hair.

The only person holding that leftist leaning country together is Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. When she dies, Great Britain is going to be in a world of hurt if their sane patriots, if there even are any, do not demand a different path. They are doomed by massive immigration, radical liberalism, and a King in waiting that embraces the NWO. Charles has no intention of changing the liberal atmosphere in the country. He is so out of touch he doesn’t understand the policies he champions are the very ones that will destroy his country.

Agreed, #10. The influx of Muslims will doom that country.

Wild-hair should have resigned earlier. Getting out of the EU is probably his only positive accomplishment but give somebody else the opportunity to be the target of Brit complaints and disappointment. They can entertain us now by putting a muslim in that position and opening the borders from North Africa and the Middle East.

He did at least help get the Brits free of the EU trap. After that.....he has been a bumbling fool.

It is rather interesting in a nation with such libertine social values now that it took a sexually scandalous decision by a weak ineffective Boris to finally be rid of him. My Yorkshire relatives are glad today. They are very staunch conservatives who feel unless a figure of Trumpian conservative courage arises as PM, the UK shall continue to circle the drain. They no longer feel the Windsors will make much difference once Queen Elizabeth II leaves the scene.
