Will we ever know the identity of the
Supreme Court leaker?

There is growing concern that we may never learn the identity of the person who for the first time in history leaked a draft of a pending decision. It’s been nine and a half weeks since the draft opinion on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health was published by Politico on May 2. Although this is the biggest breach in Supreme Court security in history, we have had no indication that the culprit has been identified. This is strange, given the very small pool – fewer than 100 clerks, justices and support staff

John Roberts, the very same John Roberts who was on the Lolita Express to Paedophile Island with Jeffrey Epstein? John Roberts, the paedophile, in charge of the Integrity of the court?
Do you really expect anything close to Justice emanating from such a man? Methinks not!

Roberts is working tirelessly to find the leaker. And O.J. is working tirelessly to find Nicole's killer or killers. Be patient -- they'll get back to us when they find something.

They have "moved on" to more important matters.
The media is not interested in the least.
Just like they were not interested in the election of 2020 when there were irregularities that happened and would have shown that NON REPORTING was a way to absolve themselves from dereliction of duty as the public's "watch dogs" against corruption in government--

Roberts is a coward and a sneak. I bet he was involved somehow, even if he didnt do it himself.

Terminate all the clerks and anyone else who might have had access. Sometimes you really do have to throw the baby out with the bath water.

I suspect a Liberal Justice, that’s why this issue will disappear soon. Nothing in particular except the Libs loving to “stir the pot” and create discord to distract us from the CCP stooge and his disaster of an administration.

Why we will never know is of greater importance than who. Who approved the FISA warrant application? Who approved tapping the communications of a sitting President? Who told Roberts to decline the suit brought by over 20 Attornies General? There is a common theme here. ...And it will continue until we bring the rascals to justice.

Do we have a 'Government of the people, for the people, and by the people,' or not? WE have a right to know. If we don't get to know who did it, the Supreme Court gets join the many other Government institutions to be known as corrupt.

Once you accept the fact that we are being fundamentally transformed into a true Banana Republic you will rest easier.

If they really wanted to know, it would be an easy task to ask all staff to come in for just one question on a lie detector test. The guilty party would quit in protest.

Scandal does not look well draped over the Supreme Court's shoulders. The simple fact is that SCOTUS has little desire to "know" whodunnit. That would create another mess as demands for prosecution would be loud, and there may even be pressure on the offending clerk's Justice to resign. And the last thing SCOTUS wants is a public trial. It's a sticky wicket. As for whodunnit, I suspect a highly trusted clerk with the wink-and-nod approval of a Justice. Perhaps Breyer, already on his way out.

As Poster 10 said, “they know.”
I believe a liberal, social activist clerk leaked the draft. Roberts is not going to disclose the identity of the leaker because he wants to protect a liberal Justice from humiliation.

I don't really think it matters who did it. It was planned. To what purpose? I am not 100% sure of all of the intent, but part of it has to be to get a gauge on the public reaction. Or as a pressure valve.

Maybe it was Roberts, and he doesn't want to be found. I am to the point that I trust Roberts not at all.

0It most probable that Roberts is the leaker. As he effectively controls the investigation, he ran the least (minimal) risk of being discovered.
It's probable that Roberts leaked the draft Dobbs opinion because he was (again) threatened by the same individual(s) who forced his belated (dispositive) vote swing to uphold Obamacare (by means of one of the most absurd Supreme Court opinion in the Court's history). It's a laughably embarrassing opinion that Roberts' ego would not allow him to join absent third party coercion. He knew that Obamacare opinion is absurd, but concluded he had not choice. It was either "change his vote" or be exposed (by Democrats) to the extent that he would be forced to resign in historical disgrace.
Certainly every clerk had no reason whatsoever to hope that he or she would not be discovered, or be afforded ANY protection. It's all but a certainty that leaker was not a clerk or any other SC staff employee.

The longer we have to wait, the more I'm convinced that one of the justices did it.

The longer it goes this thing, this investigation, goes on, the more I think Roberts is the leaker. Just a gut feeling.
