At the end of 2021, the Biden administration released its energy outlook forecast for 2022, and their predictions show just how little they understand about American energy and how utterly unprepared they were for the energy crisis Biden was creating. The U.S. Energy Information Administration — under the Department of Energy led by Secretary Jennifer Granholm — releases "short-term energy outlook" reports each month to provide information on liquid fuels and forecast their future trends. Their report issued December 7, 2021 — archived here — notes that the forecast "remains subject to heightened levels of uncertainty related to the ongoing recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic"

Experts, bureaucrats and politicians lie...that's news? While TRILLIONS were being handed out for COVIDS "relief" in 2020, Trump Secretary of the Treasury Manuchin said inflation would top out at five percent then drop to 3.5 percent - and that was a good thing for the economy. What was that, a rounding error?

Progressive Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman warned of a stark outcome if Republicans take back power in the November midterm elections — one that would “embolden” far-right extremists and white nationalists who he claims “have been pushing” for “civil war.” During a Saturday interview with MSNBC’s “The Cross Connection with Tiffany Cross,” the Bronx-Westchester member of the congressional “Squad” led by socialist darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed Republicans will quickly take action to halt Democratic progress in the investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, saying the House select committee’s findings would be “completely suppressed.” Bowman also claimed the GOP would “impeach President Biden as quickly as possible

Luckily, he nailed his landing to a tee. The pilot of a small plane was forced into an above-par emergency landing this week — safely coming down on a Colorado golf course. Wild images show the twin-engine Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecnam P206T parked on the Fox Hollow Golf Course in Lakewood — luckily just off the edge of the green. The emergency was watched by around 150 kids between ages 8 and 17 who were getting lessons at the time, KDVR said — but with no one getting injured thanks to the unidentified pilot being such an ace. “This was unusual today, to have a plane go down,”

Acting like the obstinate children that they are, woke Disney executives hellbent on destroying the decades’-old corporate brand are now engaging in a crusade to destroy the iconic character of Buzz Lightyear. I have never met anyone that disliked the original, and groundbreaking, 1995 film Toy Story, so naturally Disney wanted to set it on fire. The gist of the destruction is that woke t*rd of an actor Chris Evans, who never met a propaganda talking point he didn’t like, was recast as the voice “talent” for Buzz in the spin-off series. Evans is an outspoken mouthpiece for the regime whereas Tim Allen has famously stood up for traditional American values.

Is disrespecting the flag anything more than political foolishness? The courts have ruled that flag burning is protected “speech.” It’s a free country, and you can say anything you want… unless it is hate speech, misgendering, using the wrong pronoun, or shooting off your mouth at a school board meeting. These may trigger the ire of the national security state. What about some free speech that celebrates freedom and our country’s flag? Flag Day is June 14, so instead of joining the professional sports world and taking a knee at games, adding an out-of-tune note to the strains of the national anthem,

Red flag laws are all over the news these days in the wake of the Uvalde shooting and the search for “common sense” gun laws. Red flag laws sound like an answer—simply put, somebody shows signs of erratic behavior, they get put on a list and are banned from buying guns. Simple, right? No, because nothing in life is ever simple, as RedState’s Brandon Morse points out. For one, people could use such laws for revenge on people they don’t like. Your neighbor’s dog keeps pooping on your lawn? Report him for erratic behavior, get him on a list, see if he ever gets off it. Hint: He probably won’t.

President Biden's Energy Department has proposed a new rule that would require homeowners looking to buy a new furnace to install a 95 percent energy-efficient one within the next seven years. The new rule would require that gas-burning residential furnaces be condensing gas furnaces, which reuse gas and water vapor that normal noncondensing furnaces vent into the atmosphere. It would require that all gas-burning furnaces on the market to be switched over by 2029.(Snip)The Department of Energy (DOE) estimates that the new furnaces will save households about $60 per year, a number that totals $30.3 billion over the next 30 years.
