Hart Research Associates, a Democrat-run polling organization, released a poll taken from May 5-10 that asked voters about various issues as well as their general feeling about how the country is doing. The numbers are spectacularly grim for Joe Biden and the Democrat party generally. These numbers do two things: They bode well for Republicans taking over Congress in the midterm elections and they make Democrat cheating more difficult because it’s impossible for Democrats to have final outcomes that deviate too much from the mood of the country.
It's not a random opinion to say that Hart Research is a Democrat polling organization.

White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said on CNN Sunday that he would not serve in that capacity should Donald Trump regain the White House in 2024. Note to Dr. Fauci: Trump would not ask you to serve and would, in fact, probably kick you to the curb his first minute back in office. The top doc, interviewed by Trump-hater Jim Acosta, simply laughed and said, “well, no” when asked if he would work for the Don again. He added:
“If you look at the history of what the response was during the administration, I think, you know, at best, you can say it wasn’t

Some Yale law students are calling for the “unrelenting daily ostracization” of people who disagree with them on abortion — as if they don’t ostracize them already anyway. But in addition to giving conservative students migraines because of their constant caterwauling, the frothing radicals want to toss the Constitution tooThey don’t say what we should replace it with. Because that would require actual thought — something the radicals are unfamiliar with. They do a great job emoting and wailing and gnashing their teeth, but when it comes to thinking, it’s as mysterious as Oak Island.

During the BLM riots that swept the nation in 2020 and beyond, critics of the violence and mayhem took to sarcastically calling that period the “summer of love.” Now a new wave of angry protests is erupting in multiple cities targeting the Supreme Court over its anticipated ruling that would mostly overturn Roe v. Wade. The topic may be quite different than the BLM marches, but the tactics are already starting to look similar. Protest organizers have already announced that they want this period to be a “summer of rage.” But is that really the way to win the battle for hearts and minds?

We may be seeing the beginning of the elite throwing Joe Biden under the bus.
I wrote on Saturday about Amazon and Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos calling out Joe Biden’s false comment that he could reduce inflation by taxing corporations more. This revealed Joe Biden’s ignorance about economics on what the cause of inflation is and what would stop it. Not to mention that if you did this, it would likely cause prices to go up more, as corporations would pass on the additional taxes in increased prices on their products. So, it would make inflation worse. But Joe doesn’t understand that. Or simply doesn’t care, because it fits his narrative.

To be fair, that would describe Ms. Pelosi on most days. But the specific reference is to her appearance this morning on CNN, as reported by the Washington Times. Pelosi was beside herself on the subject of abortion:
Asked by CNN’s Dana Bash about criticism that Democrats did not foresee anti-abortion activists’ work, Mrs. Pelosi lashed out against the high court….
“Let’s not take our eye off the ball — the ball is this court which is dangerous to the freedoms of our country,” Mrs. Pelosi told CNN’s “State of the Union.” “Beware in terms of marriage equality, beware in terms of other aspects of it.

A retired police officer – killed in Saturday’s mass shooting at a Buffalo, New York, grocery store – is being revered as a “hero” for his efforts to protect innocent shoppers from the callous gunman, who, authorities say, shot thirteen people, including ten fatally.
“Information on the victims of this tragedy is limited. However, we know Aaron Salter, a retired Buffalo Police officer working as a security guard, was killed trying to protect those inside the grocery store,” WIVB reported. “We’ve also learned that 86-year-old Ruth Whitfield was killed in the attack.”

On Saturday afternoon, an 18-year-old from Upstate New York traveled to Buffalo and live-streamed himself shooting several people, ten of whom he killed, at a Tops Friendly Market in a predominantly black neighborhood. The suspect was captured by law enforcement and has been arraigned on 10 first-degree murder charges.
With their usual swiftness, leftists on Twitter quickly launched a seemingly coordinated effort to blame Fox News and Tucker Carlson for allegedly radicalizing the suspect.
As word of the shooting quickly spread on social media, so did reports that the shooter had posted a 180-page manifesto online, explaining his racist and anti-Semitic motives and detailing how he planned to carry out the attack

You can tell the Biden administration has badly bungled the infant formula situation when the best their shills at the Associated Press can do is play the “Republicans pounce” card: “GOP’s new midterm attack: Blaming Biden for formula shortage.”
Republicans aiming to retake control of Congress have already sharpened a message centering around blaming Democrats for high inflation, expensive gas, migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border and violent crime in some cities.
But GOP leaders landed on an issue this week that it hopes could prove even more potent: tying President Joe Biden to a shortage in baby formula.

It’s not a stairway to heaven – it’s a doorway on Mars.
The image of what looks to be a symmetrical, hand-hewn Martian portal, captured May 7 by NASA’s Curiosity rover, has ignited a cosmic array of speculation, conspiracy theories and dreams of intelligent life on the red planet.
“If you zoom in all the way you can see Matt Damon crouching inside the doorway,” noted one wise guy on Reddit. In reality, “it’s just the space between two fractures in a rock,” Mars Science Laboratory project scientist Ashwin Vasavada told tech site Gizmodo on Friday, adding “we’ve been traversing through an area that has formed from ancient sand dunes.”

Elon Musk’s tweet on how President Joe Biden was elected compared to how he's governing caused a big uproar among Twitter leftists this week.
The world’s richest man gave his assessment on the current commander-in-chief's boring presidential campaign, knocking Biden and his administration for acting as if they had a mandate to change the country.
On Thursday evening Musk tweeted, "Biden’s mistake is that he thinks he was elected to transform the country, but actually everyone just wanted less drama." As of Friday afternoon, the post had acquired nearly 900,000 likes. However

In one of the most “wait, what?” moments of 2022, a top Democrat leader in the House has declared that the United States is currently at war. That’s not an exaggeration nor an uncharitable reading of the situation. Apparently, unbeknownst to the public at large, Congress and the White House have managed to enter into a war with Russia without going through any of the constitutional steps to do so.
Truly, nothing surprises me anymore. Perhaps having an 82-year-old as the House Majority Leader isn’t that good of an idea? I’d like to think that someone with more cognitive capacity would at least couch their words instead of just blurting
