Judge Napolitano was on The Joe Hoft Show at the Real Talk radio network today. He discussed the Jan 6 incident and the horrors of the abuse taking place in DC. The judge shared the following about those being held in the DC jail due to their actions on Jan 6. None of them should be in jail. They should all be out on bail. Most jails are garbage, particularly inner city jails. There’s no political support for spending an nickle in there. Politicians don’t care because the public doesn’t care. So it shouldn’t be a surprise. But what’s surprising is that they have been attacked violently

A Georgia restaurant owner posted a notice on the establishment's window slamming President Joe Biden and his "ignorant" supporters and attributed the rise in supply costs and shortage of workers for his restaurant to the policies implemented by the Biden administration.
The sign, posted outside of an Appalachian Grill restaurant in Cartersville, Georgia, was initially shared Sunday in a Reddit forum before going viral on several social media platforms.
The notice instructed Biden voters who have no regrets about their vote in the 2020 election to take their business somewhere else.

When historians study the disaster that was the Biden administration, they will find many factors that contributed to the historic level failure we are witnessing. At the top of the list is a president who is clearly just not up to the job. Whether due to age, cognitive decline or general ineptitude, Joe Biden has not been able to lead America. Nobody wants a weak president. People can smell weakness, and Biden reeks of it. The president put himself in a further hole by surrounding himself with a young staff driven more by a rigid, left-wing ideology than a desire to help the lives of everyday Americans.

Sometime slightly less than 2,000 years ago on a Friday, a carpenter's son stood silent before the fifth Roman governor of the Roman province of Judea, Pontius Pilate. The local leaders in Jerusalem had plotted to kill the man, named Jesus. The plot sped with unchecked momentum when gossip began spreading Jesus had raised another man named Lazarus from the dead.
Knowing he was innocent of any crimes, Pilate tried to let the man go. But the crowd would not be placated, and Pilate decided to let the crowd choose between freeing Jesus or an insurrectionary named Barabbas. The crowd chose Barabbas.
It’s Good Friday and those Christians who observe (trust me, I know some who do not—go figure), are spending the day contemplating, commemorating, and honoring the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins.
The symbolism of Christ laying down his life for us is most keenly mirrored in those who have served our country. Christ is given the highest honor, because he is God. But those who make the sacrifice to lay down their lives for people they do not know, as well as future generations, is a reason for honor and respect to be given, especially in death.

This Sunday is Easter, which makes this Holy Week, and today Holy Thursday.
It got me to thinking about the movie “The Passion of the Christ.” I bought the DVD years ago, with every intention of watching it shortly thereafter. But, for some reason, I never could quite bring myself to do so.
