Hunter Biden, the New York Times, and
the Coming Impeachment

The Sherlock Holmes question of the week is: Why did the New York Times finally admit that the Hunter Biden laptop was genuine? Here are five possible answers: 1) Roger Kimball suggests it’s a prelude to Joe Biden’s own people removing him from the Oval Office. The laptop clearly indicates that Biden is corrupt, as many said during the 2020 presidential campaign. That “fact” has to be established, and now it has been, albeit in paragraph 17 or 22 or 35 of a long article that many people will never read. It’s now a matter of record in what used to be called “the newspaper of record”—but is now, truthfully, just

When the leftist party admits that brandon stole the election, I'll pay more attention. As for the NYT, they've lost all credibility with me (a long time ago), so I don't care why they're reporting whatever. I wish our side couldn't care less as well.

What's wrong with "high crimes and misdemeanors" as a reason to impeach Biden? We could all come up with a long list of them without trying hard, even without including his criminal neglect of our borders. With the stuff on the laptop, even the Republican congress should be able to think of several reasons. Oh, and I think Oliver left off the 25th amendment, although that's likely the way his own party would get him out. Very possibly the NYT insiders know even the Democrat brass realize Biden is worse than a loaded loose cannon. Getting rid of Harris might not even be necessary, if they convince her to keep her mouth shut other than for what she is explicitly told to say and to do exactly what she is told to do. That shouldn't be a problem. She's gone to her knees for less in the past. The Democrat elite and their minions have propped up a cantankerous, senile corrupt old moron; I expect they feel up to controlling and marketing Harris.

One year from now with Republicans in control of the House and Senate, the Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton scandals will be history...with nothing resolved. This is because RINOs want these investigations to go away. Wolfe's Law will still be in effect: High ranking Democrats are above the law. Take your pick--Russian dossier, Epstein sexcapades, Hunter Biden lap top, spying on Tump or killing thousands in NewYork nursing homes, et al.

None of the fanciful scenarios being tossed around these days is going to pan out. We're stuck with this disaster for three more years. We can mitigate some of the damage if we elect a GOP congress with some spine this fall.

My scenario: Biden gets gone via health reasons and Harris becomes President. Within 2 weeks she names a VP and that goes to congress (Pete or Beto is my guess) and bingo the VP is appointed. Then the other shoe drops and Harris is impeached or resigns and Pete is President. Now, what could go wrong? Harris could refuse to cooperate with the plan - she could surprise them and nominate Mansion. Maybe the dems overplay their hand and try to get HRC on the VP spot. I'd thinking if any of this were to happen it would have to start very soon. Otherwise, let's count on having President auto-pilot around for 3 more years.

We are “overthinking” this. The Marxist party knows it cannot win with Biden. Therefore, the Times will bleat about Hunter (and his uncle James) until Biden pardons both. That will make Biden unelectable so they are then free to run someone else who might have a better chance.

A group of Democrat and Republican senators on April 7 introduced a bill that if passed would not allow President Joe Biden’s administration to end the Title 42 emergency border order unless the president declares an end to the COVID-19 national emergency declaration. Sens. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) and James Lankford (R-Okla.) are among the 11 senators behind the legislation. “The Biden administration was wrong to set an end date for Title 42 without a comprehensive plan in place. It’s why today we are introducing bipartisan legislation requiring this administration to implement a plan before lifting Title 42 that protects the public health and safety of our border communities and migrants.

Special Counsel John Durham’s team on April 6 asked a federal judge to force Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and two other parties to hand over documents they claim are protected by attorney-client privilege. The campaign, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and Fusion GPS appear to be withholding documents that aren’t actually protected by the privilege, Durham’s team said in the filing, entered in the case against ex-Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann. Of the withheld materials, almost all “appear to lack any connection to actual or expected litigation or the provision of legal advice,” prosecutors told U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper, an Obama appointee who is overseeing the case.

Liberal media has finally been forced to admit the truth of the Hunter Biden laptop. But some are still holding out, with the new talking point from some of the media being that there’s no evidence involving Joe Biden. That excuse is false as there is all kinds of information that involved Joe Biden, including pictures and emails of him meeting with Hunter’s business partners. But that excuse may be getting blown up in a very important place — the grand jury investigating Hunter Biden, according to the NY Post. They are reporting that the grand jury asked a witness to identify who “the big guy” was with a Chinese

Pope Francis, a leading advocate of Doormat Christianity, is at it again, trying to reverse nearly two millennia of Christian doctrine, by preaching total passivity—even against violent aggression. On March 18, 2022, Francis declared before an audience that “A war is always—always!—the defeat of humanity, always. We, the educated, who work in education, are defeated by this war, because on another side we are responsible.” So far, all well and good, if only because such lofty but impotent words are expected. But then Francis went so far as to say, “There is no such thing as a just war: they do not exist!” That is a remarkably dangerous claim, of similar naïve thinkers—
