Special counsel John Durham published potentially conclusive evidence in the case against former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann on Monday night, showing alleged text messages the cybersecurity lawyer sent to the FBI general counsel that he wasn’t working for any client when he provided information to the bureau.(snip)“Jim – it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss,” Sussmann allegedly wrote to Baker, according to the late-night court filing (pdf). “Do you have availibilty [sic] for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own – not on behalf of a client or company – want to help the Bureau. Thanks.”

They have to say allegedly because it's has not been proved in court. The noose is getting tighter and tighter on Sussman. Let's hope he flips on Hillary to avoid a length jail term; I'd charge him with treason and put the death penalty on the table but I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know how feasible to charge him with that high of a crime. But at least I know how to spell availability. dumbass

Durham is soaking up millions of dollars in his "investigations" but targeting small fry. The big fish, Hillary and friends, will swim happily away, unhooked. To continue with the metephors, this Sussman person is just chickenfeed with Durham showing little interest in doors two and three behind which hide the true criminals.

But I’m thinking, to build a house first you have to lay the foundation. This guy is obviously wetting down his leg so he must be a vital foundation stone. We’ll never see Hillary in jail but I’ll settle for discredited and shamed. And although I know final judgment is the Lords to administer it grits my teeth to know I won’t get to see her comeuppance. She’s caused so much harm.

Sussman just nailed himself to the wall for lying to the FBI. The case is conclusive.

Liberal media has finally been forced to admit the truth of the Hunter Biden laptop. But some are still holding out, with the new talking point from some of the media being that there’s no evidence involving Joe Biden. That excuse is false as there is all kinds of information that involved Joe Biden, including pictures and emails of him meeting with Hunter’s business partners. But that excuse may be getting blown up in a very important place — the grand jury investigating Hunter Biden, according to the NY Post. They are reporting that the grand jury asked a witness to identify who “the big guy” was with a Chinese

Writer, filmmaker, and researcher Christopher Rufo realized while working on a documentary that the ideology of prison gangs that leads to racial segregation in prisons holds similarities to the critical race theory (CRT) being promoted in society. Rufo noticed that although the phenomenon of prison gangs and the development of CRT are different and disparate, by comparing the two and analyzing the outcome of gang activities in the California prison system, he would be able to draw conclusions as to where CRT could lead society. Rufo began exploring prison culture, gang culture, and street culture for a documentary he directed for PBS called “America Lost,”
