Washington - President Joe Biden said Monday that he would make “no apologies” and wasn’t “walking anything back” after his weekend comment that Russian President Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power.” The president also insisted he’s not calling for regime change in Moscow.
“I was expressing the moral outrage that I felt toward this man,” Biden said. “I wasn’t articulating a policy change.”
The president’s jarring remark about Putin, which came at the end of a Saturday speech in Warsaw that was intended to rally democracies for a long global struggle against autocracy, stirred controversy in the United States and rattled some allies in Western Europe.

Daily Mail headline nails our drooling clown puppet: "Biden STANDS BY his comment that Putin 'cannot remain in power' but insists he was 'expressing moral outrage not policy change': Claims three Russia gaffes DIDN'T HAPPEN despite White House having to walk them back"

That's the way I feel about you, Biden. You are an ignorant, corrupt, evil man. We need a regime change in the U.S.

Thus proving the logic of Sun Tzu's wisdom in "The Art of War". "Appear weak when you are strong and strong when you are weak."

Maybe Biden should have become a Catholic Priest. As just about every time he goes off the rails he brings up the Pope, Morality, and of course uses the word “God”. Along with exclaiming “That’s who we are”.
Note that Biden may well be taking advice from the Pope, as it has long been an expressed policy of the Pope for the developed nations of the world to open their borders to all comers from the undeveloped world. The same policy that Biden created for the USA as soon as he assumed the US presidency.

Putin sees Biden as nothing more than a yapping, annoying chihuahua nipping at his heels. Putin doesn't seem the type who will countenance aggravation for very long. God help us all!!!

Biden is a piece of work. The foundational fact about the Big Guy is that he is profoundly lacking in intelligence, and at some level he is fully aware of that -- he knows that everyone around him has a higher IQ than he does. That's why he has spent so much time over the decades learning to bully, cow, intimidate and threaten ("look, fat; let's do some pushups;" "don't mess with me;" "you're a d_mn liar," etc.). All he has had to do is keep getting elected (apparently not a tough prospect in Delaware) and he retains the power to simply push people around even when he's wrong, ill informed, in over his head, and/or making a total fool of himself.
I don't know if I've ever met a person as unintelligent or who has built up such a juvenile set of defense mechanisms. And somehow, along the way, he has set things up in such a way that it's understood he is in no way accountable for anything he actually says. He fully believes there is and should be no relationship between his actions and real-world consequences. Others are to give him their money and whatever he wants, and if they don't like it he's entitled to yell at them.

Biden is dumber than a box of rocks. He runs his mouth and endangers us all. He'd be better off keeping his mouth shut and smile while one of his puppet masters read his speeches for him. We are just one screw up away from a war with Russia. The powers running him need to pull the plug on Plugs right now.
