President Biden on Friday afternoon scrapped plans to stay at the White House and prepared to depart for his home in Delaware for the weekend. He changed his plans as chaos reigned in Ukraine with Russian troops battling to take control of the country’s capital, Kyiv. The White House released a daily schedule confirming that Mr. Biden will travel to Wilmington in the evening. Few fought back in that one and the disaster speaks for itself.
We don't see that in Ukraine. The U.S. offered Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a flight out and he refused it. "I need ammunition, not a ride," he reportedly told the U.S.
