WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday put on hold a lower court ruling that Alabama must draw new congressional districts before the 2022 elections, boosting Republican chances to hold six of the state’s seven seats in the House of Representatives. The court’s action, by a 5-4 vote, means the upcoming elections will be conducted under a map drawn by Alabama’s Republican-controlled legislature that contains one majority-Black district, represented by a Black Democrat, in a state in which more than a quarter of the population is Black. A three-judge lower court, including two judges appointed by former President Donald Trump, had ruled that the state had likely violated

Roberts. With conservative Justices like Roberts, who needs Liberals? Picking how many Black districts is exactly the same as picking how many Democrat districts. Picking the number of votes each party gets in Congress isn’t the Supreme Courts job.

Jim Crow was dead. But, here we are in the 21st century and the Communists are successfully resurrecting it. In what is supposed to be a post-racial society (remember, Barrack Obama was supposed to hail the end of racism), the Communists have successfully polluted the minds of so many youth and impoverished racial minorities that we are on the verge of civil conflict. In this new post racial society, redrawing districts for racial parity - in essence, electoral affirmative action - only serves to separate and send the least qualified to office - black, white, or rainbow. The SCOTUS was correct in its judgement. Thank you, President Trump.

It is nice to see some equal treatment from SCOTUS. When Democrats are in the majority in Georgia, they gerrymander the daylights out of congressional districts map and the Democrat biased Georgia Supreme Court says nothing. When the Democrats are in the minority in Georgia, they should not be allowed to still gerrymander congressional districts in their favor.

A document provided in a D.C. court case against Fusion GPS shows that the company was involved in much more than the garbage Steele Dossier behind the Trump-Russia hoax. The company was also behind the Alfa Bank, Carter Page, Papadopoulos, Manafort, and the Trump family lies and smears as well. Little did we know that associating Fusion GPS with the Steele Dossier was actually short-changing the company’s efforts to harass and take down the President of the United States, Donald Trump. This company did much more than that.

In a move guaranteeing that last year’s bipartisan infrastructure package will give less bang for its trillion bucks, President Biden last Friday signed an executive order requiring every federally funded construction job above $35 million in cost to be governed by a Project Labor Agreement — which is essentially a license for labor-union blackmail.Federal construction is already covered by “prevailing wage” laws that impose “list” union pay rates (even as union workers regularly agree to work for less on private projects), markedly boosting costs.
