Soft-on-crime Los Angeles DA ripped after
child molester faces little or no time

Los Angeles’ top prosecutor is under fire for allowing a transgender woman who sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl as a minor to face a no-jail wrist-slap sentence. Hannah Tubbs, now 26, pleaded guilty to attacking the girl in a women’s bathroom at a Denny’s restaurant in 2014, two weeks before she turned 18, the Los Angeles Times reported. LA District Attorney George Gascón filed charges against Tubbs in early 2020, not long after taking office. But the progressive DA has refused to try juveniles as adults, citing studies that show adolescent brains aren’t fully developed until age 25 and claiming that young offenders can be rehabilitated

Comments:

Adolescent brains aren’t fully developed until age 25, which means adolescents are not responsible for crimes they commit. And at the same time, adolescents are powerful and brave and should be applauded with a national month of celebration when they use these same brains (along with much encouragement from the Marxist media and a profitable medical cabal) to "transition" and to act upon any and all sexual urges, the more bizarre, the better.

Wait. The crime was in 2014 and Gascón charged her in 2020?!? Gascón Is a disaster in every possible way, but he wasn’t even elected until November 2020. What happened in the six intervening years? What was Jackie Lacey doing?

A young man sexually assaulted one of my daughters. His father and I gave him alternatives: 1) jail, 2) military, or College (at his expense). He chose Military. After serving his time as a Marine, he was arrested for sexual abuse and placed in prison. He is still there, I understand.

So the progressive DA George Gascón supports "restorative" justice. Perhaps Mr. Gascón can explain how the life and innocence of the victim of this violent pervert will be "restored".

OK, what DNA sample did they collect in 2014, and how did they get it? Rather than a wrist slap, this should be a "Habitual Criminal" max sentence case.If there is an actual psych component(dude thinks he's a lady, duh...Psych0) Lock him/it into a psychwing of a Prison, whatever...but NOT out on the street...anywhere..

Why do they insist on calling these men "women"? Just because they are mentally ill does not mean we have to play along with their disorder.

Brain isn't fully developed til age 25. Alrighty then. No medical procedures without parental permission til then. No sex change therapy, hormone treatments, psychological counseling or surgeries. Parental permission for abortions. No voting, no alcohol, no loan contracts, G and PG rated movies only. I'm confused. So an 18 year old male pretending to be a female rapes a young girl. So was it considered lesbian sex or a male raping (penetration) a child? Then the adult male goes to another state and commits more crimes and sexually assaults some more young girls pretending to be a female. He is now 26 but the judge considers him/her a juvenile and wants to send him/her to the youth home as punishment? Sending the trans "female" to the female youth home is like putting a fox in a henhouse. Put Him in an adult female prison and make sure that the ladies know that "she" is a sex offender. The ladies in the prison will take care of his desire to truly be a woman in no time and he will never be able to sexually hurt girls again.

I hate it when these men become transgender "women". Not one cell in HIS body is female. Just a "man" who's dressed up like a woman, has surgery to add "male parts." I really dislike the pronoun she, her being used to define "his" gender as being female. Now back to this article. The LA district attorney is evil. He apparently has no compassion for a human female. He finds opportunities to allow "men" dressed up as a human female to attack real women, and obviously does not care about his results. LA residents voted for this disgusting person. Is anyone in LA concerned or cares about his office? Naw!

President Biden will announce Tuesday a series of public and private-sector investments to extract minerals such as cobalt, lithium and graphite that are needed for electric vehicles and other aspects of the global shift toward a “clean energy economy,” the White House said. The administration expects demand for these minerals to spike 400-600% generally and demand for minerals used in electric vehicles to jump 6,000% over the next several decades. Mr. Biden is fearful the U.S. is too dependent on China so he will trumpet new investments after ordering a review of the supply chain a year ago. “Critical minerals provide the building blocks for many modern technologies

The troubling spike brings the reported local bus fare evasion to the highest it’s been in at least a decade, according to a source familiar with the agency’s survey methodology.(Snip)Two of the city’s five district attorneys,
