Vice President Kamala Harris acknowledged Americans would face higher energy costs in the event of Russian President Vladimir Putin sending troops into the Ukraine, citing the punishing sanctions prepared for when it happened.“When America stands for her principles and all of the things that we hold dear, it requires sometimes for us to put ourselves out there in a way that maybe we will incur some cost,” Harris explained to American reporters on Sunday, after meeting with European leaders about the Russian threat to Ukraine. The expectation of higher costs for energy was first previewed by President Joe Biden last week as he prepared Americans

The greatest devastation that Quid Pro Joe could unleash on the Russkies is for him to order Hunter to boycott Russian Hookers and Vodka.

There you go folks! Inflation and high fuel costs are Russia's fault. Democrats, the blame is elsewhere. We're irresponsible!

They WANT higher energy costs, and they HELP the Russians, since selling energy is what powers most of their economy.

I guess we missed the news of the Ukraine invasion. Our energy prices have been going up since, oh, around Jan. 20, 2021.

Anything that makes America weaker. Even American tyrants hate a strong America.
Our leaders are not paying attention to what is most important: A strong economy and a strong military. They aren't paying attention to what is going on in the world.
Instead, they are preoccupied with a pandemic, social justice, and climate change.
We are going to pay for this.

We’re sitting on oceans of oil, tons of coal, and have natural gas for a couple hundred years but we’re going to be saddled with higher energy cost because of biteme’s obsession with climate change. Meanwhile, he’s begging the Saudis to pump more oil. I guess their fossil fuel industry doesn’t pollute. I hate leftists….FJB.

KDH, rocket scientist, in her best imitation of Captain Obvious, tells us that the Ukraine and Russian conflict will cause increase in gas prices. No kidding. BTW KDH, neither you nor FJB, have any principles to stand on, the principles are all over the place, depending upon the time of day. You got this situation under control just like you did on our southern border. God help us, we are led by nincompoops.

America's principles like what, being in office because of a stolen election? Working a zipper in exchange for a job? Cackling at questions you can't answer because you're a vainglorious moron who's in way over your head?

I don't buy the Biden BS on fuel. On day one he killed domestic production/exploration and stopped energy independence we had under President Trump with his executive orders. He is using Ukraine as a cover for his incompetence and disastrous economic policies. AMERICA WILL REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!

Gee, that wouldn't have been a problem if President Trump had actually won fair and square instead of having the election stolen for him by soulless and evil Demon-Rat operatives.
Putin respected (and somewhat feared) President Trump. Putin just finds not-my-president Lyin' Joe bidet to be a spineless, impotent, senile old man who holds no power and can't put a logical or coherent sentence together. Putin knows there will be no serious consequences no matter what he does.
So, basically, Putin knows bidet exactly the same way the rest of us do!!!

Common sense was not a gift given to these people at birth. More important for Joe to look tough on Russia so the truckers won't make him look so foolish.

No doubt the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats are looking for scapegoats to blame for raising energy costs. Chances are good that those scapegoats with be Trump and the Russians. But when Trump was President, through his policies the USA became energy independent with all the gas and oil used throughout the USA being produced in the USA resulting in the country no longer being dependent on the importation of foreign gas and oil. After Biden assumed the presidency he shutdown so much US energy production that the USA is now no longer energy independent and is even importing about 100,000 barrels of oil a day, amounting to a big oil tanker load, from guess who? Russia!
It is obvious that Putin who is a Russian nationalist who believes in putting Russia and then himself first, believes that the USA has become a political shell of a country evidenced by the Democrats being able to steal the 2020 election through complicated changes in State balloting and election laws, along with outright cheating that is still being covered up, that put the career, corrupt, and weak DC liberal Democrat Biden, whose almost entire political agenda amounts to handing out huge amounts of US Government money to buy future votes, along with as many issues surrounding race as possible as a figurehead President for the insider leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats. If you don’t think that Biden has not be compromised by his and Hunter Biden’s past corrupt activities over years in Ukraine you have not been paying attention.
