After 28 Days on Ventilator, Family Loses
Legal Battle to Try Ivermectin, Other

A Florida family fighting to give their loved one on a ventilator alternative treatments for COVID-19 have lost another battle—this time in Florida’s First District Court of Appeal. The wife and son of Daniel Pisano first squared off against Mayo Clinic Florida at an emergency hearing on Dec. 30 in Florida’s Fourth Judicial Circuit. Before that, they’d been begging the hospital to allow them to try treating Pisano—who’s been on a ventilator now for 28 days—with the controversial drug ivermectin, along with a mix of other drugs and supplements, part of a protocol recommended by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC).

Most of those meds are only effective in the early days. Once one is on a ventilator, it appears to be goodbye time.

Per the DARPA documents recently exposed, Ivermectin was useful at all stages. And there have been several anecdotal reports of elderly parents on vents that were given Ivermectin and got off the vent and out of the hospital.

I think ivermectin is the cure for the common cold, at least some variants, not kidding. Hey we got something for all those billions. Sad to say the Democrats won't take it, and sadder still, if they do decide they like it they'll make it compulsory.

Pretty soon relatives are going to be rescuing family members from hospitals using lethal force if required. The medical community needs to be on trial along with Fauci and sued into oblivion. However, this may be the democrats plan. Shut down the medical system and then say the government has to take over and run it single payer etc. TBD.

Gov DeSantis needs to step in and demand they use the right to try law. If Biden cancels that law, it is a huge way to slam the democrats as intentionally harming Americans health and I would think you would have national support against them.

Remember the laetrile fights for cancer treatments? People went to Mexico when unavailable in the US. Did it work? Uh, let's say it's debatable. And the point is that people have, in my view. a right to apply whatever "medication" they wish to whatever ails so long as it doesn't endanger others...and that includes everything. Want to drink drain cleaner for a sore throat? Sure. Otherwise, it's splitting hairs, wrapping it all in legality and morality nonsense.

It is unconscionable that courts have this kind of power. Courts need to be hammered down. The federal judiciary should be disbanded. State courts should all be elected to limited terms. Judges are politicians - they need political consequences.
